Your guide will pick you up at your place of stay and you will take a scenic drive to Peterhof.
As you arrive to Peterhof, start your tour in the French style Upper Gardens, pass by the Grand palace constructed by the famous Italian architect Francesco Rastrelli and continue to Lower Park.
Walk toward the Grand Cascade marveling at one of the most extensive waterworks of the Baroque period. Admire the golden statue of Samson that represents Russias victory over Sweden in the Great Northern War.
Continue your tour and go inside the Grand Palace - arguably the most famous residence of the Russia Czars. See the rooms that date back to the time of Peter the Great and see the golden shining baroque halls along with the rooms from the Classical period.
Walk along colorful flowerbeds to the main square of the garden and see the famous Roman and Chessboard Hill fountain. Continue to the fountains of Adam and Eve that were originally modeled on the statues of Adam and Eve on the Doges Palace in Venice. Be careful as you walk by several trick fountains that were absolute favorite of Peter the Great who loved to prank his numerous guests.
Continue strolling around the numerous cascades and fountains as your tour slowly ends. After an incredible day take the Hydrofoil and enjoy the spectacular views of the Neva River as you travel back to St.Petersburg.
