Lucy was our guide on this private tour. She is a good storyteller and super efficient. This is something we greatly appreciated - besides being on a short time budget in Beijing, it was super cold that day. We very much appreciated not having to wait for the car during pickup drop off at various sites. Lunch was at a good dumpling place with various vegetarian options. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

This is a full day tour and a good pair of comfortable shoes are advised! Subject only to that expect a great time visiting Temple of Heaven, Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden City and vicinity - places full of history and stories. We enjoyed our trip tremendously, thanks to Anson who shared his vast professional knowledge tirelessly with us and went out his way to ensure that our preferences would be taken care of. In fact, Anson makes great company too and his personality made our tour fruitful, delightful and insightful all at once. Thanks for choosing and selecting the vegetarian dishes for me too – they were delicious! And good coordination with our driver means that we get picked up at the right spots in a timely manner! We have no hesitation in recommending Anson to any one interested in visiting Beijing. Thanks a lot Anson.

We had an excellent time with Becky exploring Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven. She is very knowledgeable and her English is the best we have had in China among many other private guides. She took us for a delicious lunch in a clean place afterwards. Becky went above and beyond to ensure we had a great day. Thank you!

If you're going to do this tour request Anson as your guide. He was on time, friendly, humorous and explained the sites in such amazing detail we were just blown away. The depth of knowledge he displayed about everything was just incredible. Our driver was awesome as well, getting us around some gnarly traffic safely amd comfortably. Can't miss with this one 5 stars.

Lucy was an awesome Guide. I recommend you friend her with WeChat. The app helped me a lot because we were able to keep in communicate with her even when she wasnt near me during the day tour. This was especially useful when I had to tour Mao's Mausoleum alone. If you are the type that gets lost easily, the wechat app would be especially helpful, because everybody in China has Wechat. Afterwards she was able to text me a list of must visit places for the rest of my vacation.
