My driver Prem picked me up from the airport on time. The car was pristine, had wifi, a phone charger and pillows. He accommodated to my every need. We picked up my tour guide Arun from a hotel when we arrived in Agra. He provided a fantastic and informative tour of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. As well as taking many photos for me and telling me the best spots to take photos of the buildings from. The breakfast buffet was great as well - served in the hotel dining room. All in all was a fantastic service.

Taj and Agra Fort are definitely worth the 160 I spent on this full day tour. HOWEVER: and this is a BIG however for me the high pressure shopping that I was forced to do was ridiculous. After the morning tour which was very foggy, but wonderful because it wasn't crowded, I was taken to a high-priced inlaid marble store, a high-priced rug store, and a high-priced jewelry store. Despite saying No pressure, they continued to show me things after I said 100 times, I'm not buying anything! My guide even admitted that he gets a cut of things we buy at these places. The itinerary said the tour would be over at 7:00 p.m. Because sunset in the winter is so early due to fog and smog, we were done by 3:30. I asked if we could go see something else and was told that would be a 40 extra charge. Seeing Taj twice was necessary because the morning was so foggy, we could only get exterior shots in the afternoon. But it was so crowded in the afternoon, the morning was the only time we could spend any quality time seeing the details of the monument. My guide was very informative and helpful about both Taj and Agra Fort, but you could do it MUCH cheaper on your own with a little help from the internet.
