Stop At: Tlatelolco, Mexico city, Central Mexico and Gulf Coast

Currently, the ruins of the Plaza de las Tres Culturas correspond to the ceremonial precinct of Tlatelolco, which bears similarities to Tenochtitlan, both in logic and in the objective: to form a city where the market and trade were the main activity.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Basilica de Santa Maria de Guadalupe, Mexico city, Central Mexico and Gulf Coast

The Basilica of Santa Mara de Guadalupe, officially called Insigne and National Basilica of Santa Mara de Guadalupe, is a sanctuary of the Catholic Church, dedicated to the Virgin Mary in its dedication of Guadalupe, located at the foot of the Cerro del Tepeyac in the Gustavo City Hall A. Madero of Mexico City. It belongs to the First Archdiocese of Mexico through the Guadalupana Vicariate that since November 4, 2018 is under the care of Salvador Martnez vila who holds the title of General and Episcopal Vicar of Guadalupe and rector of the Sanctuary.1

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Teotihuacan Pyramids, San Juan Teotihuacan, Central Mexico and Gulf Coast

The Pre-Hispanic City of Teotihuacan was one of the largest urban centers in the ancient world, which reached a population of more than 100,000 at the time of its greatest splendor. Located in a valley rich in natural resources, Teotihuacan was the seat of power of one of the most influential Mesoamerican societies in the political, economic, commercial, religious and cultural, whose features permanently marked the peoples of the Mexican highlands, transcending time and coming to us with the same strength and greatness with which its builders planned it.

Carlos was amazing. Would highly recommend taking this tour. All stops were amazing, lunch was fabulous (a ton of food) and everyone was friendly.

Everything went as planned, from the pickup through the drive through the attractions, to the drop off. Brenda is a great guide who told us all the interesting stories about how the pyramids were built and took fantastic pictures we can show our family and friends. One highlight was the tour of the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, which was not on our initial list but we are very happy to have spent time understanding Mexico history there.

We had an amazing day !!!
Our guide was very friendly ,very pleasant ,very informative .We learned so much about Aztec and Mayan History ,went to see the pyramids, went to a workshop where they make beautiful jewelry and we had a delicious lunch with bands playing Mexican music .The most fun we’ve had ever!
We then ended our tour at the Guadalupe Shrine and saw some historical churches .
He left us with some very useful recommendations for the rest of our trip .

Great full day tour. Punctual pick-up and itinerary as advertised. Included lunch was above average. Highly knowledgeable guide with fluent English. No complaints at all and a very good day.

Wonderful tour with Pedro, our driver, and Carlos, our guide. We were picked up on time. Carlos provided a general overview of our tour for the day as we drove along. We were offered bottles of water (not always the case on Mexican tours). Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions regarding history and construction of the ruins and the shrine. The pace of the day as perfect. A tasty lunch was included in the tour as well. Highly recommend the tour and highly recommend Carlos as your guide.

We had a fantastic, but exhausting, full day tour.
I will guide Carlos and driver Roberto were exceptional and definitely made the day.
Teotihuacan and Guadalupe Shrine were both equally stunning.
Do not visit Mexico City without seeing both of these.

This excursion was awesome - my partner and I were very happy with the experience! Our guide Gio and our driver Juan were top notch in service, knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. Gio is a wealth of information about the culture and history of Teotihuacan, walking us through the entire exhibit, pointing out notable artifacts and tying them into the overall history and how it relates to the present day. The tour of the obsidian shop was interesting - I knew the plant that produces aloe vera was versatile, but was surprised to learn it was THAT versatile (you can even make paper out of the stems). Lunch was pretty good as well - though a bit touristy, it was still tasty. The Guadalupe Shrine (and associated religious meaning) was new to me, as I never heard of it before, but the history is interesting, and the complex a lot larger than I was expecting. The tour lasted about 8 hours (primarily due to traffic issues), but Gio and Juan didn’t miss a beat and made sure we were comfortable the entire way.

Overall we were very pleased with the tour and would recommend it. Thank you Gio and Juan!

Our tour guide, Arturo, and our driver were complete professionals. Arturo gave us the rundown on all the sights, and the car immediately met us whenever we were ready to go to the next place. We learned a lot, and we moved at a brisk pace but didn't feel rushed. We recommend this tour!

The private tour to Teotihuacan and Guadalupe is the way to go. Very crowded but Carlos knows how to navigate the crowd and focus on the key aspects of the visits to enhance the experience. Otherwise, the trip would have taken twice as long and less interesting.

Carlos also has incredible detailed knowledge of the history, the major events, and how things historically link not only in Mexico but also with Europe to make the understanding much much better.

Highly recommend asking for Carlos. He went out of his way to make the trip better beyond what is normally requested from the booking.
