We spent 2 days touring in El Fayoum with our Kensington Tour guide, Ahmed Shihab El Din. Ahmed did a fantastic job of showing us all the highlights of Wadi El-Hitan and Wadi El-Rayan. Driving through the sand dunes in our 4-wheel drive vehicle was so fun and we ended up at this incredible place - Wadi El Hitan (Valley of the Whales). This was the highlight of our 2-week tour in Egypt - the variety of ancient whales placed perfectly where they were found in the desert was an amazing sight to see. The museum had lots of good information about the history of the sight and the whales. Wadi El Rayan had waterfalls and a beautiful lake. Ahmed worked closely with us to make sure we had many wonderful experiences during our tour. I highly recommend Ahmed to everyone that visits Egypt - I can't wait to come back and have Ahmed guide me again in this wonderful country!

Nice day in the dessert, beautiful landscape, the guide explanation were interesting. We ate in a bedouin tent in the desert, nice experience.

Very good experience. Our drivers and guide were good. The package is slightly off beat. It will take you to the valley of whales and waterfalls in Al fayun. Not bad if you have the money. Slightly expensive for the experience provided.

God is real and His creation is perfect. That is my summation of visiting El Fayoum! My visit to the Valley of Whales- it’s kinda like an aquarium just all the animals are dead. Qarun lake- One of the oldest lakes in the world. We did some adventure 4 x 4 driving through the sand. We Got stuck in the sand!!! Some beautiful Egyptian men dug us out. Stuck my feet in Magic lake ( a color changing lake depending on temperature) saw a waterfall in the middle of the dessert. Had lunch in an actual Bedouin camp, and sand boarding!! Because I mean why not.!?! Our tour guides Ali and Mustafa were fabulous and the best photographer ever! If you are looking to do something different in Cairo do this! We didn’t sleep overnight but it seemed like a super cool option

Without any doubt the best day of our holiday! Torky helped us extraordinarily fast. We booked at midnight for 8AM the next day and everything was perfectly arranged. Hosam is a very kind man who knows a lot about the places you'll visit. We felt relaxed and had plenty of time to wonder around. The drivers clearly had a lot of fun driving through the desert but were still very professional and concerned with our comfort and safety. The included lunch was delicious and the sandboarding was definitely a fun experience.

My wife and I highly recommend Emo Tours. The guide Tonsi was highly knowledgeable, very friendly, and gave us time and space to enjoy the sites. He made a video and took lots of photos for us! The driver Farag also did a great job with navigating the busy no rules driving in Egypt! Our trip was amazing and if you are planning a trip having a tour and guide booked with Emo tours is well worth it. I would say it enhanced our trip and saved us time so we could see all the important sites.

The trip is just as described in the information. Tonsi and Brham (spelling?) were prompt and the best tour guide and driver you can ask for. Although I did this tour alone, I felt I was with two long time friends as they are very personable, cool people. This was a great, unforgettable experience seeing some of Egypt’s great historical sites. Highly recommended!

Lovely ride towards Alexandria from Cairo. Well organized, they keep their word for itinerary details, everything from pick up time to return. Do yourself a favor and request Ahmed Tonsi(the best guide ever) as your tour guide. He will make your experience a memorable one. Alexandria is a beautiful city of contrasts. Great seafood and history. You must go to Alexandria. This trip is convenient as it only takes one day to enjoy. 🇪🇬🇪🇬💜💜

I just had this private tour with a family member, and we have enjoyed the tour thoroughly! We actually had the same tour guide Essam and driver Fares two days before for our Islamic tour in Cairo, and we asked for the same pair for this trip because they were just amazing. Not only that the guide is very knowledgeable, but also that they are flexible and understanding. My travel companion had some problem with walking and was feeling sick from cold, so we could rearrange the schedule on the fly as we wished when we arrived in Alexandria. We never wasted a moment and were never forced to go somewhere we didn’t want. They were so kind to take me to a post office when I told them that I had postcards to send internationally. They also protected us from people who wanted to take advantage of tourists. The driving felt very secure as Fares knew the way very well. Essam even came back to our hotel after the tour to give us the entry tickets to sites we visited because he promised to do so. Most guides wouldn’t do this. Both spoke excellent English so there was no need for translation. They are simply a fantastic duo!

So I booked this trip not knowing it was a private tour. The driver and guide (Oula) were both friendly and professional. The drive to Alexandria was problem free and I got to decide what I wanted to see and if I wanted to skip something or add something in Alexandria, that was fine too. The restaurant was at a very nice place called the fish market (not an actual fish market) where you could see the entire Alexandria board walk and the fortress where the ancient lighthouse once stood. Food was excellent and the guide knew all there was to know about ancient Egypt and beyond, so a very capable and on point company to book with. I would travel with this company again.
