We just finished a wonderful day on this tour. Pam, our patient and extremely knowledgeable guide picked us up promptly and spent the day caring for us so well. It’s a long day but a fantastic day. We arrived at the Hellfire Pass museum and she gave us a very interesting and moving tour. We then had a lovely lunch and a ride on the train. After that we visited the war cemetery and the JEATH museum. Everything was smooth and great. We also had a lovely driver by the name of Wichian . He was so patient and kind even as he dealt with Bangkok highway traffic jams. I would recommend this tour. Make sure you expect the whole day. It’s big but worth it.

We had an excellent day. Joe our guide was very attentive and knowledgeable and with a sense of humour. We saw the sights we were expecting and had time to enjoy them along with several rest stops. A long but very enjoyable day.

A perfect tour with the perfect guide. Rudy was informative, professional, and accommodating. Our driver was excellent and professional as well. The tour was an impactful and memorable experience commemorating the brave from WWII. This tour was a definite highlight of our trip to Thailand.

Pat our guide was very attentive and informative , but be prepared for a very long day both rewarding and very humbling

Our Guide Rudy was committed to ensuring our day was the most meaningful and comfortable for us. We got to try different foods and shared insight into each others culture and history relevant to the tour. We chose this private tour so that we could visit each site at our own pace and interests level. Very proud to be an Australian today and especially visit The Hellfire Pass Interpretive Centre that has been created by our Australian Government. It was also a very special and reflective walk at the Kanchanaburi Cemetery for us to pay our respects to all those lost.

Fantastic trip made easier by our wonderful guide Cindy who new all the history which added to the experience and ensured that we got the most out of the day. From pickup to drop off the communication was excellent. Lunch was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.

This was a great tour, and Ex was a great guide. I like to have time to wander around by myself and reflect. The guide provided a good balance of information and then time for me to walk around. Every aspect of this trip was great with plenty of time at each stop to read and explore. I also got to try some local food on the train - delicious.

We had an amazing private tour and I can't thank Rudi, our guide and our driver (sorry, I didn't get his name but he was brilliant as well) enough. Rudi had so much information, we were never rushed, always saying 'take your time'. Yes, it is an emotional trip but well worth it. Don't forget your camera. I have many to develop. Amazing experience and thank you Rudi and the driver. Oh yes, watch the film, The Railway Man before you go. A lot of the film was filmed here.
