Our tour with Sabry was hands down one of the best experiences. He was so knowledgeable about the pyramids, and took time to explain each area and its history. Sabry did a fantastic job pacing the tour so we never felt rushed, and he took amazing photos. We were fortunate enough to visit newly opened areas during our tour and were the only groups to do so. When we return to Egypt, we plan to book with Egypt Tailor Made for future tours.

Our our tour guide Sabry was EXCELLENT. He made our time at the Pyramids and Saqqara memorable. We cannot say enough good things about him. He was friendly, kind and accommodating. He was also very knowledgeable, took great photos, and helped us get into special access areas and helped fend off people who were trying to sell camel rides and extra services. I’d highly recommend using a guide at the pyramids in Saqqara and if you’re going to use one, it might as well be Sabry as he was the best!!

Wow, Manar of ETM was such a joy to have as my personal tour guide for 2 private Cairo day tours! She is so personable and an incredibly well-educated Egyptologist! On Day 1, Manar and her driver arrived 10 minutes early and we drove to the Bent Pyramid & Red Pyramid in Dahshur then back to the Giza pyramids and Sphinx. On the drive to Dahshur, Manar shared colorful background history of the pyramids and the early periods of Egyptian civilization. I climbed & crawled into the Bent and Red Pyramids while Manar waited outside but she said, "Take your time, enjoy!" I had an unforgettable day touring the pyramids, thanks to my 5-star guide - who also, by the way, takes great photos! ;) Thank you Manar and ETM! (Day 2 in separate, but also A+ review!)

Heba was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide who helped ensure we had a very good understanding of the sites we visited at Giza, Saqqara, and Memphis and got the most out of the visit! She taught us so much and helped smooth out the whole process and advised us on do’s and don’ts, arranged the camel ride, took pictures for us, and made sure we had a great experience. The next day she took us to Coptic Cairo, the Egyptian Museum and the Khan al Khalili market. So much to see!!! We had booked 2 days with her in Cairo/Giza and then Egypt Tailor Made had arranged a driver to take us to the airport to fly to Luxor. We were met in Luxor by another driver and guide for our 2 days in Luxor. Mohamed Kamel guided us through the Valley of the Kings and Queens and also Luxor Temple, Luxor Museum and Karnak Temple. Spectacular! He taught us so much about everything we were seeing and answered all our questions thoroughly! Both guides were highly recommended and we were treated very well and our custom trip was a great success! Disappointed that the hot air balloon ride was cancelled due to weather but that was just bad luck. Maybe next time because there is so much more to see in Egypt and I feel very comfortable going back. I felt safe with our guide and drivers and highly recommend them and the company.

I’ve been on many guided tours before and I can honestly say this was the best one I’ve ever been on. There were some breakfast plans I had already made and when I booked the tour, the agency told me it was no problem and they would structure the tour around my breakfast. Heba picked me up from the hotel bright an early, so I could still see everything during the day and stop for my breakfast. She, and our driver Mustafa, were so warm and friendly. Heba was extremely knowledgeable and so fun to talk to. It felt like I was out with a friend for the day. We went all around, and she was constantly asking me how I was doing, and communicating the next parts of the tour to me to make sure everything was satisfactory. When we went to Saqqara, Heba asked them to unlock a side temple for us to show me her favorite painted hieroglyphs. Mustafa was also an expert driver, taking my shortcuts and saving literally hours of driving in the Cairo traffic. I must also point out that Heba is an amazing photographer and, as someone who is very picky about photos and takes literally hundreds, she was on her A game. I should also mention that I booked this tour literally 36 hours in advance. Overall, I will be telling EVERYONE I know who comes to Egypt to use Egypt Tailor Made and to see Heba when they’re in Cairo. It truly made for an unforgettable experience

A fantastic day touring pyramids of all shapes and sizes with our excellent guide Sabry. From Saqqara to the main pyramids in Giza. Sabry is very knowledgeable - Pyramids, Temples and Pharaohs. Also provided a great insight to modern Egypt. We highly recommend the private tour, 5-6 hours using a car. Start early 7-8 am to beat the day trip tour buses.
