Such an amazing experience! Andy and his team were so wonderful! Tea, my tour guide was so knowledgeable, kind and informative! His patience and caring was so appreciative as solo female travelers. I can't say enough good things about Andy and his team! Tea also took beautiful photos of my trip that I can take back home to show friends and family! Andy and his team gave me an experience of a lifetime!

Our family had a wonderful tour of My Son with Andy. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the temples, but he also spent the ride to My Son from Hoi An explaining all kinds of interesting tidbits about Vietnamese culture and history. We had our 21 month old with us, and he was very patient. Even explaining things twice so that one of us could stay with our son and take turns going up areas where it would be hard to navigate with the stroller. We basically had the area to ourselves as tourism hasn’t quite bounced back yet from the Covid season.

We went to Ba Na Hills and My Son with Andy himself! Good car, nice explanations, positive vibe, despite the COVID-19! And a very good photographer as well! Coming back to Vietnam, he will be our guide again!

TLDR: Great company, wonderful, engaging guide that gave us a remarkable tour of the My Son holy site. Despite me contacting the company pretty last minute (day before the tour), Andy was polite, accomodating and assured us he would plan a good trip for us. Our guide Key picked us up from the hotel early morning and on the way, gave us a great insight into Vietnam's history and culture. On the tour, we could tell how knowledgeable Key was. And his attention to detail was very much appreciated. I learnt so much about the site, what it meant to the Champa rulers and the current debate surrounding the site amongst historians and archeologists. All in all, wonderful day spent, so thank you both!

Our tour guide, Mr. Ken, was absolutely wonderful. From the minute he and our excellent driver picked my husband and I up for a private tour to My Son from Hoi An, he treated us to a history lesson on the Champa Kingdom and on Vietnam overall. By the time we arrived at My Son, I was both prepared for and looking forward to seeing the ruins for myself. Mr. Ken is also a very talented photographer! He was more than happy to take photos of my husband and me, and in fact, would be the one to tell us where to go and how to pose. Peppered in throughout our history lesson were anecdotes from Mr. Ken's interesting life. We were grateful to have a tour guide with his background and experience — and not just someone who learned about history at school. If you are looking for a guide, we highly recommend Mr. Ken! Note that I found this tour on a third-party activity booking website and paid for it via credit card. Andy then contacted me asking me to pay in cash instead. I agreed, but instead of him cancelling the booking on his end, he told me I had to do it instead. So I was forced to have an awkward chat and email exchange with customer service in trying to get a refund. As the customer, with a lot of options in choosing a tour operator, this was a bit annoying! Luckily, we were paired with Mr. Ken. In the future, I hope Andy either accepts credit card payments or ensures this doesn't happen again.

I messaged Andy asking him if he could arrange a private tour for my husband and myself. We were quite specific in what we wanted to do on the tour. He responded within 10 minutes of me messaging him with a detailed plan and cost for the trip. We started the with an early 6:00am pick up which we had requested. Didn’t want to deal with crowds. We visited My Son, coconut bamboo boats, visited a local village and experienced hands on what it would be like to like to prepare the soil for crops etc, visited a local family where a traditional Vietnamese lunch was cooked for us, then got to ride a water buffalo 😄Andy was definitely the best guide we’ve had throughout our 3 week holiday and his English was by far the best. Highly recommend Andy, great personality, reliable, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Thank you Andy 👏👍Cheryl & Rob

We had Mr Ken as our tour guide. WOW! He is amazing and made our whole Vietnam holiday with his wonderful description of the site, his English language skills and his keen photography. We enjoyed spending time at My Son as well as spending time with him. We left our hotel bright and early at 5am however were greeted cheerfully by the driver and also Mr Ken with cold bottled water and lovely conversation. We will definitely book this company again and Andy (the tour operator) was easy to book and deal with via email. What a great experience

Excellent tour of My Son heritage temple by Key. We were collected in air conditioned 7 seater, supplied with water, and Key was very knowledgeable, funny, and has great English skills. Recommend.
