    When we landed in Santiago, we scanned the waiting area for a sign from Viatour with our name on it. We saw no sign with either. We waited for 1/2 hour- then had to take a taxi to our hotel in Valparaiso!! Called Viatour to complain; they said the driver was at the airport. We were specific stating that no sign was shown as stated in our contract. They agreed to refund our charges for this failed trip.

    The transport arrived at the hotel exactly to the time advised by MTO Tour Chile. This allowed a leisurely drive to San Antonio. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. An excellent service.

    We booked and paid for a transfer with Tours4Fun from The RQ Santiago hotel to San Antonio cruise port. Unfortunately our cruise was cancelled due to the Corona Virus. We thought it polite to let the company know that we wouldn't be needing the car. On phoning the company my husband was met by a rude and irate man, shouting so loudly that everyone in the hotel reception could hear him through the phone. We thought maybe due to language barriers we had said the wrong thing so we asked the hotel receptionist to speak to the man, she too got a torrent of abuse. We wont be trying to get a refund as I want nothing whatsoever to do with this company. I WOULD NOT recommend them at all.

    We never used the service. Our cruise was cancelled! I hope the company gives a full refund as other companies have been very understanding in this critical situation. Thank you for your assistance.
