    Driver was waiting as we left customs, helped with luggage. Car was clean and he knew where we were going. What more could we ask?

    Driver did not show up for pick up on transfer from airport to hotel. Called "emergency" contact several times and got a recording at 9am on a weekday. There was no support or response to my messages. Just take a taxi and avoid the hassle of this service. There are ample taxis at the airport and they are very professional, unlike this service.

    Our driver was waiting at the airport for our arrival. Everything was timed perfectly. We got to our hotel in no time.

    Disappointed that our driver was 20 minutes late arriving at the airport leaving us standing around trying to avoid the numerous taxi drivers wanting to provide us with a ride. This is the reason I booked a transfer service ahead of time, to avoid the drivers at the airport. Our driver did apologize for his lateness and commented that we arrived early and exited quickly. Yes we did, but that is why a flight number is provided so the service can track the flights arrival. Communication with the company via WhatsApp was not the best, my 1st call went to VM and my chats not answered. Eventually we worked everything out. The vehicle was nice and his driving good, we arrived at our hotel in central Santiago about 50 minutes after leaving the airport. About 90 minutes later our driver started to chat with me via WhatsApp which was confusing as I didn’t know who the contact was and thought it was the company I’d booked for another transfer 2 days later. This chat continued through Sunday afternoon until I realized the actual company had communicated with me via Viator directly. I think it was very unprofessional for this driver to communicate with me, maybe he was looking for extra driving work outside of the company but this is not acceptable with the language barrier.

    Maria Jose tailored the tour to what we liked. We ate authentic Chilean food, went to the places locals go to, and ended at a Santa Lucía park which was beautiful with great views of the city.

    Never showed up!!!! Were off flight and at designated puerta within 20 minutes or less of flight arrival. And waited. And waited. Rechecked other exit areas. Used What's up, called telephone # as well and waited until at least 1 hour after flight landed. Got a great taxi run, but not my idea of good company or TripAdvisor to pay for private van and wait and wait. Filing dispute with AmEx in am for it. Sadly, left in position of same terrible Operator for return to wirport on Sunday.

    Great and easy airport pickup. Saw my name on a board right as I exited from immigration at the airport. Safe ride to my hotel in Santiago. Would book this again.

    The email said it was very important to be at exit 4. I walked there with all my stuff and waited 30minutes. Eventually I got a hold of my driver who was at the arrivals entrance. He said the email was incorrect. Communication was very difficult and I tried to follow up with the company dispatch and did not receive a reply.
