    The driver never turned up. Very stressful as we were on our way to the International airport for our return flight home.

    Initially requested 6:30 pickup time from hotel. Their initial response was 8:30PM. Using the contact operator button I reiterated my 6:30 pickup and also requested they reply via email or text message. They sent their response via the contact operator button, but they did advise a follow on message would be sent to my email. It has yet to arrive. They did send me a note via the operator mode that I needed to send them a message with my confirmation number to What’sApp. My hotel did that for me and their reply was 8:45 pickup to get me to the airport for a 10:45PM flight. Also, despite several calls to their number, they never answered. Also, be aware this “excursion” may be a shared ride so pickups can be further delayed. Almost zero Customer Service.

    This was a transport to the airport from our hotel and Ricardo had a very clean van and was early on his arrival in case we were ready. Since we left earlier, it helped in the very busy check-in at the airport.

    I booked three rides for myself and my parents. Two were great, getting us from the airport to our house and then me back to the airport. The third ride was 40 minutes late in picking my parents up to get back to the airport. Thankfully their flight was delayed at the last minute so they were still able to check their luggage and board. The lack of communication regarding the 40 minute delay was exceptionally concerning

    Recebi mensagem com antecedência, via wats up, confirmando o dia e o horário do transfer. Motorista chegou exatamente no horário combinado. Bastante cordial e simpático . Dirigiu com segurança. Aprovado. Recomendo.

    We have been traveling in Chile, with our home base being Santiago, for about a month. In total for our trip, we will have had seven transfers with this company and I can tell you, the service has been outstanding. Things I like are: (1) the drivers are aways friendly (2) the drivers always arrive early (3) the drivers communicate very well prior to pick ups, so there's no confusion (4) they are very flexible and great if any plans change (5) they have a WhatsApp number that someone always responds to, easing any concerns or questions that come up. On the last point, I wanted to share one experience we had. My husband and I were traveling with our two year old son to the airport for a trip to Patagonia. Unfortunately, once we arrived, we were unable to fly out that night. I contacted their team via WhatsApp (Felipe) and they were fantastic. They were quick to arrange for a driver to pick us up from the airport with little to no notice, and rescheduled another driver for the following morning. I think these guys go above and beyond in every way, and I'd absolutely recommend them.

    The driver was early and was waiting for us at the appointed pickup time. The vehicle (van) was clean and the service was very efficient on all levels. I Would highly recommend.

    It was a very good ride! The driver actually came a little earlier than was anticipated so that worked out so great for us ! We had to get to the airport and go through security so it was really good. The van was comfortable. The driver helped with the bags . so yes it was a very good experience .I am so sorry I cannot remember the name of the driver but as for the company itself it did very well!
