Driver. Manuela, arrived a little early at our hotel. I am an anxious traveler so this was very helpful. He had a very comfortable car and he was a careful professional driver. Exceptional service. Courteous and professional English (and Italian) speaking staff. Our driver arrived punctually and delivered us to the Vatican Museum. He then walked us to the entrance to ensure that we were in the correct line for the museum. Return trip was clearly arranged and punctual. Great experience.
