This is a great place just out of town. About a 30 min walk. It free to enter. Absolutely spectacular at Sunset, i got many amazing shots and had the place to myself. (there were a couple of people earlier during the blue hour) I went again with the tour the next day but there were sooooo many people. With both visits I still could have had more time.
