The guide who accompanied us was very knowledgeable and was good fun. The tour helped us to decide where else we wanted to visit. The guide also pointed out two great pubs which both had a lovely 'pub' feel and atmosphere.

Our guide, Chris Peters was phenomenal. He provided so much significant information- culture, history, architecture, art, and even a little celebrity info and Harry Potter. He was witty and a great deal of fun. This tour did not disappoint!

  • 05-Sep-2022

Chris, our guide, was Extremely personable and knowledgeable. We learned much more than we would have on our own and had access to places we would not have had on our own. After this tour I will be interested in doing some research on people that Chris brought up, as well as the history of Oxford. Definitely worth it!

  • 25-Jul-2022

Chris was simply one of the most well informed guides we have ever had. He knew facts and stories about seemingly every place in Oxford. We couldn’t have had a better guide.

  • 02-Jul-2022

Our guide Chris was an expert in the history of architecture. He gave interesting information about the amazing architecture at Oxford University. He had stories to tell about the famous Inklings (JRR Tolkien, CS Lewis). He was able to get us into one of the colleges (All Souls College), which had a beautiful chapel dating back to the 15th century. This tour is recommended for those interested in the architecture of Oxford.

  • 28-Jun-2022

  • 29-May-2022

This is a very good tour and we got to see really cool things in Oxford that we would not have experienced on our own. Our tour guide was very fun and he even took the time to look up additional things that we were interested in seeing.

  • 08-Apr-2022

Our guide Chris contacted us ahead of the tour to check on what our interests are to make sure the tour was tailored specifically for us. The children were delighted to see places where some Harry Potter scenes were filmed. Without our guide Chris, there was no way we would have seen the parts of the colleges that we did. Our guide was highly knowledgeable in local history and able to answer any questions we asked. Highly recommend. Thank you again Chris.

  • 27-Feb-2022
