Overview

During this full-day culinary tour of the Provence region, I'll take you on a sightseeing tour of Avignon with a visit to one of my favorite markets. We will also venture out to a 500-year-old rustic farmhouse, where we will taste olive oil and enjoy a leisurely lunch. Before heading home we will also visit two local producers and the town of Lourmarin.

This culinary adventure includes a sightseeing tour and local market visit of Avignon, followed by a journey to the surrounding countryside to taste olive oil and indulge in a delicious Provenale lunch.

I'll show you around the Avignon historical center, taking you to some of my favorite sites, including the Papal Palace. We'll visit a town market and meet local vendors to learn more about their products and shop for ingredients for lunch.
Next, we will journey to a 500-year-old farmhouse and indulge in a tasting of the estate's olive oils before sitting down for a leisurely lunch with local wine. In the afternoon we'll visit one of my favorite honey makers and a goat cheese producer, as well as the pretty village of Lourmarin
