It took a long time to get to parasail. It was supposed to be for atleast 10 minutes and we were only up in the air for 5 or 6 minutes.

This tour was a lot of fun. The previous couple got slightly dipped in the water, but we did not. That would have been cool. I guess you have to request it. Nevertheless, the view and pace was nice.

Overall, parasailing was very fun. You get to see some beautiful views of Punta Cana. Only thing I wish was that they explained the process before they send you up. They just suit you up and send you off.

This excursion was originally booked for 03/15/2017. I contacted Caribbean Route to schedule the pickup time. I was told the pickup time would be 1:00 PM. The parasailing was so exciting. We enjoyed it very much. Our date was moved earlier because of forecast of possible storm on our original date. The rescheduling created a 30-minute delay on our pick-up because they were double booked. Nevertheless, they made it so it was all good.

The ride was fun. The photographer said they would bring our pictures to our hotel before we left, but never did. Now we have no memories from our adventure. No emails have been returned to me to find my missing pictures i paid 40 for.

Parasailing was great! The photographer took pictures of my husband and I for $40.00. We were looking forward to seeing them, but was told that the camera got wet and wiped out all the photos.
