I've been on several food walking tours booked through Viator so had certain expectations. This tour did not really meet them. The guide was fine and spoke about the history of Quebec with some interesting facts. What I thought was below par was the food part of the tour. Each stop seemed to be more about getting people back to the restaurant by the employee talking to the group, as opposed to really being a food tasting. For example, at one stop, the person speaking made a big deal that at their restaurant you could get "all you could drink" mimosas for $15, but we were not tasting mimosas. The food "servings" presented were very small, really just a bite or two. Other than about a half cup of local soup, I don't think any other samples were adequate. The other tours I've been on definitely gave more food so that you really felt you were being fed something and getting a flavor for the local cuisine. I'm not sure what the other Quebec food tours would be like, but I would not recommend this one.

Guide very knowledgeable and friendly. Wide variety of foods offered in a timely and interesting fashion. Would highly recommend not eating prior to walk.

Very poor choice of restaurant s. Not really any good food to taste. Too much walking. Would never do this again and will tell anyone who asks about it not to go.

Our guide was terrific. The 7 stops provided a glimpse of the various restaurant and food options in Quebec City. We had a group of 10 including the Guide, which was a very good size. It was worth the money.

This tour was wonderful! Judith is a terrific tour guide, and her extensive knowledge about the area's history and culture was terrific. All of the tastings were great, and the locations were from all over the area.We went back to just about all of them a second time to further explore their menus.

We had a great time on this tour. Our guide, Neal Schumacher, was very friendly and very knowledgeable about Quebec City. The group was small (13 people) so it was easy to ask questions and move from place to place. The places we stopped we very good too and really representative of the food found in the city. I would highly recommend this tour.

Carol was a great tour guide, and there was a nice variance in food and drink offerings. The pear and cheese filled white chocolate was a big hit. What a surprise combination!

Absolutely fabulous. Guide was great (though a little fast with her walking). Food and drinks were unbelievable. Would recommend to everyone.
