Sometimes called 'the Sound of Silence', there is a sequestered peacefulness inside Doubtful Sound that stands out from Milford Sound. The cove is rich in greenery, New Zealand Fur Seals and Fiordland Crested Penguins can be seen on a large number of the little islets at the passageway of the inlet. At 421 meters profound, Doubtful is the most profound of the inlets and is long and twisting with three particular 'arms' and a few exceptional waterfalls in the region from Deep Cove to the untamed sea, a separation of around 40.4 kilometers.

Know More about this tour

The excellence and limitlessness of Doubtful Sound will blow your mind.

Taking you along the shores of Lake Wakatipu and through moving wide open to the serene township of Manapouri on the shores of Lake Manapouri.

A short voyage over the lake and afterward it's over Wilmot Pass, halting en route to encounter a portion of Fiordland's densest rainforest and to see the vivid high greenery gardens. On achieving Deep Cove, you will board your extensive sailboat for a journey that takes in the most emotional view of Doubtful Sound. You will be struck by its quiet a hush broken just by birdsong, or perhaps the hurrying of a far off waterfall. A nitty gritty discourse is given and your captains will call attention to the features. Keep your eyes peeled for untamed life as you may experience bottlenose dolphins, hide seals and the uncommon Fiordland peaked penguin. An outing lunch is incorporated on board. After the voyage follow your means to Queenstown.
