Overview
Leaving from the Redrib Hub at Cafe Marina Bay, we cruise along the coast line of Helsinki; Allas Sauna&Pools, the carpet washers and cafs in Kaivopuisto, Lyly. Then we go full throttle into the archipelago of Vallisaari to Suomenlinna fortress and the submarine enjoying the speed and thrill of a RIB!
Award winning Light Art Installation Silo 648 is on the way to see the new maritime housing areas. The tour is rounded off with a visit to the big ice breakers on summer holiday. Drop off is back at the hub.

This was everything I'd hoped for and more. We were visiting Helsinki as part of a cruise... Originally I had scheduled a different excursion... a canal cruise... but that was cancelled due to COVID complications. I scrambled but then found this on Viator and booked it for a total of 6 people (we're in the back of the boat in the photo). Our Guides Leif and Olly were extremely friendly and helpful. Leif was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We learned a lot and we even got to go into some of the canals that we would have originally gone to in the first event we had planned. It was perfect weather and it was so fun when we got out into more open water and got up to speed. Thanks to Leif and Olly for making our Helsinki trip more fun while being educational!

The perfect half day trip out to one of the many islands with a unique Sauna experience and jump in the cold sea. With the guide being a studied biologists we even learned more than expected about the natural habitat. Worth to mention as well was the simple and easy booking process and email exchange. Super cooles Abenteuer mit dem RIB Boot zwischen den Schären von Helsinki. Guide war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, es gab viele Informationen über Helsinki und Finnland, sehr kompetent. Es ist eine Mischung aus Action mit Speed und Sightseeing (an wichtigen Stellen wird angehalten um etwas zu erklären - häufig Stellen, an die man ohne Boot nicht kommt). Helsinki so zu erleben, einmalig! Wir würden definitiv jederzeit wieder buchen!

Super Ausflug mit Leif, dem sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Guide. Die Tour wurde durchgeführt obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Es war spannend Helsinki, die Inseln und Eisbrecher vom Boot aus anzusehen. Wir wollen gern einmal wieder kommen wenn es mehr Wellen hat :-)

The trip was the best way to see so many different areas of the Helsinki archipelago. Leif is such a great guide and very knowledge about the area and history of different sites. After booking through Freetour.com we had excellent communication from Leif who even messaged through WhatsApp the morning of our tour. We met as arranged and were kitted our in nice warm and comfortable clothing and safety gear. We got a brief on the safety of riding on the rib and then we were off. I couldn’t believe the shear amount of knowledge and information Leif gave us and plenty of opportunities to take pictures and video along the way. We had some great high speed segments across the water as well as time to relax to view different parts of the coast. If you are looking for a bit of a thrill but also a good way to see lots of sights then this is the trip to do. At the end Leif even recommended some sights in the city to see and a good place for coffee. Thanks for the great trip!

We were a bachelorettes party of 11 girls, who went on a rib excursion with REDRIB Experience in the waters of Helsinki. The ride was great, it was superfun, and the sightseeing was very interesting too! The guys were steady captains, and we felt very safe during the ride - that speedwise, went really fast. Would totally recommend using REDRIB Experience for a tour in Helsinki!!
