I truly enjoyed my experience. The guide was terrific and knowledgeable. Thanks for everything! Ciao!
Loved this tour! The food was plentiful,, many variety of tastings and simply amazing. No one was hungry when we were finished. loved the educational portion and although we were 12 people it felt very personalized and there was no rushing through the stops. If you are a foodie like my husband and I, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend this tour.
We had a small group, an exceptional guide named Ana, wonderful food and wine, learned a lot, and were taken to small, old, interesting, wonderful places that we might not have found on our own. Best thing we did in Venice. Highly recommended.
I highlyr recommend this tour and especially our tour guide Monica. She took us to the quieter side of Venice through small shops, alleys and bridges. We were able to try many different kinds of foods, each one better than the last. And had drinks to pair with each one of them well. I really felt as if I got to know Venice through food and wine. And add on that the history of food and wine in Venice...5 star tour!
Ana was our tour guide and was so friendly and informative. She really catered to everyone and worked with any food restrictions. Tons of food. You will be stuffed. Was able to learn about the history and see local spots you wouldn't see on your own. Wine at every stop! You will be tipsy.
This is a really great way to get to know Venice, Ana our guide was brilliant with lots of tips and the choice of food and wine was perfect. Excellent value for money we would highly recommend
Thanks again Ana for making it such a fab day out
Ana was wonderful and very knowledgeable and we went to 5 different places to enjoy an assortment of food and wines. We had our children ages 7 and 9 and Ana made sure they had a delicious kid appropriate beverage at every stop. We learned a lot about the history and culture of Venice from the tour. It was an absolutely lovely experience, thank you!
We have been on a lot of food tours (London, Paris, Madrid, New York, Chicago, to name just a few) but this was the most enjoyable to date. Our guide, Alice, was delightful: knowledgeable, accommodating, kind, and funny too! This was undoubtedly the high point of our trip to Italy and we cannot recommend it enough. It was money very well spent (though make sure to go light on breakfast before, there is A LOT of delicious local food to be sampled!).
I did not know what to expect from this tour based on the information provided but ti turned out to be just excellent. Alice our guide provided us with bits of history as she guided us first through the food market pointing out local produce, grown on one of the islands in the lagoon, then we went off for a 6 course meal of fabulous Venetian food and wine each served in a different location. Along the way we got more tidbits of history as we strolled along to the next food destination. What a great way to get to know the back streets of Venice while enjoying their food specialties. Well worth the money.
We had a fantastic day with our tour guide Elizabeth, she took us to places we would not tried and we had lovely food and wine/ prosecco at each stop. She is a true Venetian and told us many interesting things about Venice, we loved it and it was worth every penny.
