Know More about this tour

The Ring of Kerry is the small road that runs along the Iveragh Peninsula. This is undoubtedly the most popular scenic drive in Ireland. Iveragh is a natural wonderland of forest, peat bog, river, lake, sandy beach and hills.
The first city to pass is Killorglin, home to the famous Puck Fair in August. The inhabitants capture a wild goat and enthrone it in the city center. For three days, the goat acts the king and the inhabitants act the goat!

The first stop will be Bog Village. This small group of thatched cottages shows how rural life was in Kerry in the 1800s. After the departure of Bog Village, we will continue through the village of Glenbeigh.

From May to September, we stop with Brendan Ferris at the Sheepdog Show on the Ring of Kerry.
The Kells Sheep Center is led by Sheepdog trainer Brendan Ferris. Watching Brendan in action with his Border Collies is a real treat.
Ferris really shows mastery in the skill and looking at him in action is really a unique opportunity in a lifetime

The lunch stop will be in the town of Cahersiveen, The Scarriff Inn or Waterville. If lunch is in Waterville.

Cahersiveen - the birthplace of Daniel O'Connell (1775-1847), also known as "The Liberator", is widely recognized as the greatest politician in Ireland.

Then continue on to Waterville, an idyllic seaside resort between Lough Currane and Ballinskelligs Bay.

The tour continues through the Derrynane region, a rocky cove known as a port of call for smugglers in the 18th century. This is the former seat of the O'Connell Clan and the home of Daniel O'Connell.

The next stop is the village of Sneem - perhaps the most colorful village in Ireland. Its two squares span the estuary of the Sneem River, with a picturesque Italian-style church (1865), checkered houses and neat greens. An atypical village arranged in an English style around a green village under a semicircle of low mountains. Here you will see lush, subtropical growth - wild rhododendrons, azaleas, etc. This is the proof of the unique effect of the Gulf Stream.

Leaving Sneem, we cross a very rugged landscape and arrive at Moll's Gap, where the viewpoint at Gap offers a panoramic view of MacGillycuddy's Reeks.

Continuing from Moll's Gap to Killarney, we have an unobstructed view of the vast Killarney Lakes Valley. During her visit to the nineteenth century, Queen Victoria and her ladies-in-waiting were so fascinated by this view that was quickly namedit Ladies View.

Before arriving in Killarney around 17:00, the visit will be in the national park.
