  • Beautiful views from this tour, but not much time off the bus. Disappointing to not have many stops to be able to spend time off the bus and take photos or walk around. Very fitting tour for someone who doesn't want to do a lot of walking and would rather just see the sights from the comfort of a bus seat. Wish we would have known that in advance considering the price and length of the trip.

  • The scenery was so spectacular. what a pretty country. The train ride was a lot of fun. this is definitely a must tour when you visit Ireland.

  • Great tour that included train and bus for a full day to see many areas of Ireland. Wonder tour guide who helped us all the way to enjoy the tour without worry.

  • This was one of the best tours I've ever been on. When we arrived at the rail station Paddy greeted us and said he would be with us all day and to relax. He told us when to get on and off the rail then we boarded the tour bus and the tour guide was funny and knowledgeable.Ring of Kerry was beautiful

  • Great trip. Train ride there was enjoyable and our guides very good. Very scenic area and a worthwhile trip.

  • This was an awful tour. Don't get me wrong, the Ring of Kerry is beautiful but it is an unbelievable tourist trap and extremely crowded. At 1 stop, 5 buses holding 40 people unloaded at the same time which means at 1 small restaurant there were up to 400 tourists vying for restrooms and food. Ugh!! It was like this the entire tour. I would never do this tour again.

  • Great way to see this part of the country. Fantastic views and pleasant tour guides. A STRONG word of caution it clearly states in Viator's description that full breakfast is available on the train as well as food for the return trip. It is NOT! We showed up without having eaten and there was NO food available on the train. Hard to enjoy when you're hangry. We did stop for lunch first food. When the coach dropped us off at the train station, again, there was no food to purchase nearby, in the train station or on board the train except for a bag of crisps. On a 15 hour tour, stopping for only one meal isn't sufficient. If we had known, we could have brought our own food on board.

  • This was the BEST tour that I took. The driver and guide were awesome. So glad that I wasn't trying to drive the crazy roads thru the park. You do spend most of the time on the bus so be prepared that it is a bus. They did stop several places to get on and off to take pictures. I didn't get off as that on and off is the hardest part with my mobility issues. This was absolutely beautiful country though. The RailTour Guide was extremely helpful and waited for me to point me in the direction of the taxis when we returned.

  • What a great experience!
Very well organized, and very beautiful view.
    Only the Weather didnt collaborate!

  • Its a long day but great scenery. Its a three hour train ride each way and a long time in a bus. The scenery is very beautiful but not sure I would do it again. I am glad I can say that I have done it though. I think it may be better to take a few days and rent a car and explore the area more. I liked the visit to the little peat bog village. Very informative.

In summary if you don't have a lot of time in Ireland and want to cover a lot of ground then this trip is worth it.
