The driver was personable and thoughtful. I honestly didn’t feel the trip had value. We spent a lot of time with shopping and bathroom breaks. We did one 1 mile hike and the waterfall was cloudy. Highlights: preserve but short amount of time. Lunch: decent food and beautiful views. The trip was way longer than it needed to be. We spent ½ our day picking up and dropping off people.

It was a very knowledgeable visit the falls was beautiful!! The hike itself was moderately challenging in a good way especially in the rain. The restaurant we had lunch at was very good as well !! Unfortunately we were not able to get into any of the waterfalls due to the high levels of water in the river since it been raining nonstop

The view of the waterfall from each section of stairs was breath taking. It is a jewel in paradise. The hike in the forest was well worth the reward of seeing the colors of the river change to the light blue hue. It is a bit of a challeging hike so be prepared to walk and climb alot of stairs.

Group tour for seven, with tour guide Kevin Pina and driver Didier. Kevin has been a tour guide for 12+ plus years and extremely knowledgeable during our hike to the waterfalls, the river swim, the nature walk, and such an awesome lunch where it rained a little bit before a rainbow appeared. I can't stress how they took such great care of us the whole day. Notable was in how our group spotted roadside fruit stand and wondered what the "red fruit" was. Some of us have never had rambutan before. Kevin bought a whole bag and shared it with us! Incredibly sweet and helped take pictures for our group all day. I appreciate that Native's Way sent us an email a day prior to the tour to confirm and coordinate pickup date/time. Thank you to your amazing team making our time memorable! We love your country and can't wait to come back.

This tour was the highlight of our trip! Cesar took us on a private tour and made it so fun and relaxing. He took us to Rio Celeste as well as another water fall and the nature reserve. We saw a sloth up close and got to take photos! If you’re lucky enough to get Cesar as your guide, you will have an amazing time for sure!

We like the tour ! It was medium hiking so we liked it ! The ricon de la vieja tour was a walk honestly. The tenorio hike was fun and we saw the amazing waterfall ! We saw 3 sloths, 1 monkey, frogs and birds. The guide for the animals was really kind, informative and professional thank you ! And the view of the volcano while we were eating wooww ! Was worth it ! One bad point : we told the guide we did another tour and seems like all the job was done you know. He didnt explain us a lot a things and was on his phone too… big difference with our other guide from the tour with ricon de la vieja !! He was nice but not professional on this point. Overall we give a 4 stars :)

The whole tour was very well organized and our guide, Hector, was amazing. The tour was relaxed, informative, and provides an easy way to see some of the most beautiful parts of Costa Rica! Highly recommended!

The rio celeste waterfall was an amazing sight, just beautiful to see. There were a lot of steps down, so it was a big climb back up. We managed to see a couple of harmless snakes. The scenery was fabulous

The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, we saw lots of amazing animals and had a delicious traditional meal! It rained off and on while we were there and the hiking trail can be a little slippery in spots but worth it

Amazing day at Tenorio Volcano National Park! We were so lucky to see Llano de Cortes waterfalls in its beautiful blueness! Rio Celeste was also a beautiful blue… a little frigid at first dip but refreshing after our little hike to waterfalls. Truly enjoyed seeing sloths and other animals in their natural habitat at the Sloth Sanctuary. We even had a bonus toucan sighting on the drive back! Thank you, Santos, for a wonderful day & tour!
