Prenotato cena a lume di candela in vigneto (l’alternativa in caso di pioggia sarebbe stata cena dentro la cantina) con visita della cantina per la sera di ferragosto. Ci siamo ritrovati a cenare sotto un portico di alluminio in un piazzale con 40 gradi con altre coppie e compagnie. Della visita alla cantina nessuna traccia e quando al momento di saldare ho chiesto informazioni riguardo la mancata visita non hanno dato nessuna spiegazione. Doveva essere una romantica cena di anniversario ma le promesse fatte non sono state mantenute rovinando la serata.

Esperienza positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista. Siamo stati fortunati ad avere tutto il locale per noi di venerdì sera. Ambiente rilassato, elegante, ma senza inutili ricercatezze. Personale giovane e disponibile. La cena prevedeva tre antipasti della tradizione (tartare sublime di carne chianina), due primi, un filetto cotto alla perfezione con tre contorni, cantucci e vin santo. Lo chef Assen, che ringrazio, si è sincerato ad ogni singola portata che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento. Otto vini in degustazione. Mira è stata semplicemente perfetta: preparata, simpatica, gentile e disponibile. Ci ha tenuto compagnia tutta la sera con garbo e professionalità. Abbiamo anche avuto modo di incrociare il titolare dell'azienda, che ci ha salutato e chiesto un feedback sulla chianina. I vini sono di grande qualità, ottenuti da vigneti dislocati in tutta la Toscana. Conclusivamente, una serata da ripetere. Le grandi aziende non sono costituite solamente da grandi vini ed eccellente cibo, ma da persone competenti ed accoglienti. E questa ne è sicuramente un esempio

Abbiamo cenato in questo bellissimo posto per il nostro anniversario. Cibo molto buono e degustazione di vini di ottima qualità. Molto simpatici e alla mano i ragazzi che ci hanno servito e seguito durante la serata. Veramente un bel posto... torneremo sicuramente.

We experienced 8 wines and the 1 desert wine. We plan to host them to our neighborhood for the experience.
