Wine Tasting in the Roman Countryside:
The cellar is located, 30 minutes from Rome, inside amedievalBorgovillage in the real Roman Countryside. It was built in the12th centuryby digging into the tufa hills behind theCastello. In the thirties, while digging the connecting tunnel between the two caverns,two mammoth tuskswere found there.
Guided tour of cellar + wine tasting + snacks of typical products.
A selection of 4 wines + bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, cold cuts and a mix of cheeses.
The menu is seasonal, and together with quality wines, is very traditional with fresh and organic ingredients from our farm or selected with cure from our organic neighbours.

At the end of the tour the driver will take you back to your accommodation in Rome.
