Awesome private tour. Guide, Illia was extremely knowledgeable and knew ALL the shortcuts. She was perfect for our family of four and we had no problems. It was worth the money and we saw everything promised with plenty of time!

Fantastic tour, great tour guide! We did a lot of walking but the Skip the line options and great lunch stop made for a perfect balance.

Ferdinando is the best tour guide we have ever had!!! We ended up having a private tour as the other family had to cancel at the last minute. From the minute we met him we knew we were in good hands. He treated us as if we were family and packed so much into our tour. So many details and personal experiences were shared making our experience the best ever. He had tickets for the Vatican and Colosseum skipping all of the long lines. This gave us more time to visit the sights. He is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his clients. He is so personable and made our visit to Rome out of this world!!!!

Do not hesitate to book a tour with Ferdinando and Romeintours. You will get the most accommodating and knowledgeable tour guide and host in Rome. Ferdinando designed a private walking tour of Rome for our family to accommodate my 80 year old Mother. He managed every detail for us and it was the best day ever. You WILL NOT get better service and you WILL NOT be disappointed - book your tours and enjoy!

Without a doubt this was totally worth the time and money to do this tour. Ferdinando was our tour guide for the day and is an archaeologist so his knowledge was amazing. We started our tour at the Vatican, where we actually got hailed on - not just rain but hail, luckily the sky cleared while we were in the Vatican and then a quick taxi ride to the Colosseum and local sites. Skipping the lines into these places really helps as you get more time seeing the sights. After an afternoon break we met up again with Ferdinando for the City Walk Tour. Really fun and again with all our guides archaeology knowledge it brought the city alive. Initially I was upset that the entrance fees for The Vatican and Colosseum are not included in the price you pay for this tour - but honestly Ferdinados knowledge is worth every penny. I am only sorry I didn't have Ferdinando as my guide while at Pompeii.
