My parents, daughter and I had a great experience touring Rome with Manny on May 21. We saw some of the major sites and a couple of hidden gems as well. The van was comfortable, and we made frequent stops that felt easy even in a jet lagged state. Manny was one of our favorite tour guides ever. He is positive, fun, flexible and accommodating, and overall extremely socially skilled. We felt great about our tour. Thank you, Manny and company!

This was an excellent tour! Our guide met us at the airport on time and we were able to see everything we wanted to see in the short timeframe we had. We stopped at all the major sights in Rome, including the Colosseum, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, St Peter’s square and many more. Our guide was helpful and informative and we really enjoyed this tour. Afterward, we were dropped off at port in time to board our cruise. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who has limited time and wants to get a quick overview tour of Rome.

On a scale of one to five, I would rate Rome Private Excursions a ten! My husband and I had only one day and a very tight schedule to visit Rome before boarding our cruise ship, so we weren’t optimistic that we could make it happen. I found Rome Private Excursions via a google search and began corresponding with Luca. After several emails back and forth, Luca made the impossible happen to create a tour that worked within our time constraints. Our private tour guide, Fausto, was absolutely incredible! He was thoughtful, kind and so knowledgeable of Rome. He wasn’t a tour guide, within moments, he became a friend. Fausto’s pride and enthusiasm for the city was infectious. Fausto is a native of Rome so we were able to get a glimpse of his neighborhood, culture and heritage which was so much more than we ever expected to experience. RPE also arranged a private tour for us of the Vatican that was indescribable. I wish I had the name of the Vatican tour guide that RPE arranged for us because he was also incredible! RPE far surpassed our expectations and worth every penny we spent!

We arrived in Rome Saturday morning and were picked up by Manny! He's awesome. We visited the so many wonderful sights around Rome and Manny was very knowledgeable. He then took us to the port so that we could board the Star Clipper.

John our tour guide was amazing. We told him what we wanted to see and let him do the rest! He was educational but not boring and took us to the best view points off the beaten track. Exceptional in every way. He dropped us off at the boarding point for our cruise. Highly recommend it.
