We were pleasantly surprised with the overall experience of using this transfer service. The driver was driving very safe and we had an attendant who was helping us along the way. While most passengers on the tour bus were on a one day cruise, we were going to Ha Long to stay for a couple of days.Our tour attendant made arrangements to drop us off at our hotel (vin pearl) instead of at the harbor where everyone else got off. We were initially skeptical about booking a bus / limousine cab between Hanoi and Halong, but they are safe and compared to private taxis much economical. Our bus was also punctual and we feel comfortable using this service again. just make sure to connect with the transfers operator beforehand / while you are in Hanoi (Most of their offices are based out of Hanoi)

Rosa Eco bus took us from Hanoi to the Halong Bay. They turned up on time, the bus was very clean and comfortable. The guide, Jasmine was very kind and helpful. Before returning to Hanoi she texted us, to confirm that she is coming back to collect us. Excellent service:-)

Un pequeño autobús de 10 plazas con asientos de cuero reclinables. Te regalan una botella de agua y un snak. El viaje hasta la bahía dura cuatro horas y se va muy cómodo. Las guias, Hanna y Jazmine muy agradables. Merece la pena pagar algo más y usar este servicio.
