We were immediately picked up at airport and taken to hotel in 15 minutes. Bus was clean and driver was courteous.

We booked an express private airport transfer and it was nice to see our name on a sign when we arrived. It was frightening when twenty minutes after the scheduled pickup time the driver for the return trip to the airport was still no where to be found and multiple calls to the company didn’t help. We were finally offered a ride by a different driver when his pickup didn’t show up. We would have missed our flight if we waited for the scheduled driver. Rides to the airport should be RELIABLE. No apology or explanation from the company.

Easy to find at the airport, easy pick up at my hotel. The drivers told you a lot of information about Aruba, so I learned a lot. Great service! Will use again on my next visit.

Being told I won't be dropped off at the door and having to drag my luggage across the parking lot. They never mentioned it. On the tour I booked, same thing. Walk across the parking lot to be picked up. Awful communication about being picked up. Driver drove right passed me while I stood outside in the sun for 15 minutes while he went passed me to other resorts then came back for me. Never again.

Transportation was clean, on time and spacious. The drivers were very courteous and friendly. They were a great help with the luggage also. Would use them again on my return trip.

We were picked up at airport and dropped off at our hotel in a timely manner. The return trip to airport was same. I have no complaints and would recommend anyone traveling to Aruba to use this service for a reasonably price service to get to and from airport. Both drivers were professional and friendly. I have no complaints with the service.
