Traveler Reviews
-
Makes travelling through this city very easy. We were denied a ride on the hop on hop off boat because it was full, so be careful of that
-
Very convenient and pretty easy to use, but keep in mind that in some museums you need to bring voucher to ticket booth to exchange for the museum ticket so you still need to queue but the queue were never too long if you pick your time well
-
The card was worth it.

I took the tour on May 2nd, 2-day trip in St Petersburg, the first thing that i did, was buy a St.Petersburg CityPass. CityPass very interested in show us the best sightseeings of her city, from the imperial times, to remainings of the warfare time (WWII), also the churches and other topics of the russian history cheaper than without a St.Petersburg CityPass. CityPass was very helpful, giving us the best tips about museums, and where to eat cheap and good. A really good experience. Don't waste money in city tours buses, instead take this tour, because the St.Petersburg CityPass are really enthusiastic!

This pass is pretty much good for everything but Peterhof and The Hermitage. It gave us access to everything else we could want to see. The pick up point that we had to find is in a tricky location. They can do a better job of giving you directions to it. It is not on a street front but is in a back behind the street location. The helpline phone numbers they list did not get answers but just rang and rang. One museum did not know what to do with the coupon and turned us away. I had to go to the main tourist information location to get help and they gave great assistance and we went back and got in. Lots of the coupons are for things that only run during high season.

This was a helpful way to see the city and not have to worry about repeatedly paying entrance fees. It provided some direction about what to visit as well. I wish we had used MORE of the coupons, to make it worth the money. Also, some places that offered coupons weren't entirely prepared to accept them and weren't sure what to do when we handed them over. They were all accepted in lieu of a form of payment, however. I would use this resource again.
