We used michel Krupa on May 24th. Picked us up from our hotel to the salt mines with our tickets and our guide was waiting for us. Transport clean and driver helpful.

Fantastic tour with a brilliant tour guide. Not rushed how ever I would not like to go peak season as busy enough in March. Absolutely breath taking and amazing to see. The Chapels & Chandeliers were my favourite ❤️. I would highly recommend a visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my most favourite tour in krakow.

Beautiful fascinating place. Great tour guide. Lots of walking so be prepared. We couldn't believe what could be done with salt...

A LOT of walking but well worth it! Our guide was lovely amd the tour wasn't rushed at all, it was way more interesting than I though salt could be and the salt sculptures were amazing👍 well worth a visit

I highly recommend to visit the salt mine whenever you visit krakow. Nice experience. Starter tour of salt mine from entrance straight to really far feet. You need at least 4 hours to visit this place everything is just made of salt and great history.

The trip was about 3hrs long and lots of steps to go down so make sure you have comfortable foot wear.Excellent tour with loads to take in.Would highly recommend doing this tour.

Our tour was well organised from the start. Tickets and badges were efficiently distributed. The enormity of the excavated caverns has to be seen to be believed. Beautifully sculpted figures and decorations are beyond belief. A must see when visiting Kraków

We truly enjoyed English guided tour of Wieliczka Salt Mine. What a special place it is! We had a lovely young lady as a tour guide who spoke very good English. We had to take many steps down (300 maybe in the first shot) and saw only a small part of the mine but it was all worth it. There is a beautiful chapel, chandelier, lots of different figures and animals all carved out of salt. We were 135 below so it is not a trip for someone who is claustrophobic and does not like to walk. There is definitely a lot of walking involved (which we personally always enjoy), including probably 10 minute walk at the end back to the elevator. There is a little cafeteria below where you can get a drink and purchase a few souvenirs and also a very lovely inexpensive restaurant on the way out. The whole tour takes about 2 1/2 hours. A must-see while visiting Krakow.
