Fantastic service through out our long weekend away. They picked us up from the airport, took us to the Salt mines, Auschwitz and back to the airport. Always on time and looked after us very well. Definitely recommend. Michelle + Craig Baranowski

We booked our tour from the Tourist Information Office & we were collected from the Hard Rock Cafe, traveling by small coach to the salt mines.. all very easy & well organised. The Salt mines are AMAZING! We walked down the 380 steps to the first level & toured around this level & then the second & third levels too. It is very well done - lots of walking - over 2km I think. So so much to see though - we have never seen anything like it before! My only upset was the small miners lift to get back up from 135m - I would have preferred to have been given the option to walk up, but it did only take 45 seconds - just very scary, for those who get claustrophobic!

Visited in the morning with an English tour guide, pre-purchased tickets, very easily understood friendly guide, group of about 12. Quite a few steps to get to the bottom over 700, the mine is over 300m underground, with fresh air pumped down. Would not recommend to people who have heart problems or have issues with being underground. But this is well worth a visit, amazing sculptures of salt you would think it was marble. You have an elevator to take you back to the surface, which was a relief, recommend a light top, cool in some parts.

This was quite an interesting experience as I had never been in a salt mine before. We started off going down flights of stairs that never seemed to end. We finally ended up at the bottom and then walked along the mines. We went through one tunnel after another until we ended up in a great room made of salt. This room was impressive with really high ceiling, statues, carvings on the wall and other exhibits. The tour guide was good and the tour was quite serious as she provided a very good historical view of the importance of the mines. This was definitely worth doing and would recommend this to everyone.

We came here as part of a day tour. we had a young blonde lady show us the tour. There was lots of steps, we was given a headset so we could listen to her and what everything was. The chapels and main hall was stunning. everything was made from salt and i cannot describe how shocked i was, really impressive. It took a while to get round and there was lots of walking, but thankfully a lift back to the top. The tourist great as she explains the history behind everything. There is a few cafes and WiFi access in some areas.

Lots of exercise lots to see lots of stair but a really enjoyable trip. Good call to undertake this guided tour just turning up and trying to go would have been a nightmare. This was very well organised, driver was first class
