It was a great and beautiful trip! We were able to see a lot of the coastline, Muir Woods and also flew over the Golden Gate, Alcatraz, Giants Stadium and the City of San Francisco. Great overview of the Bay Area!

Unfortunately we never got to ride this due to an error - I had booked trip for 9th August - or thought I had - on arrival was told trip booked for 2nd August which is ridiculous as as you can see by all bookings we were actually in Chicago on the 2nd August on a helicopter ride there
I phoned to speak to customer services and was told we would have to rebook trip and pay in full again not impressed in the slightest - no offer of discount or goodwill gesture day totally ruined as it was a special trip
