Know More about this tour

Begin your tour at bustling Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, where you'll hop aboard either a regular or electric bike, depending on the option you selected. Safety equipment is included and this easy ride is appropriate for all ages and skill levels, so the whole family can join in the fun!

Ride alongside some of San Francisco's many piers and Crissy Field, with its stunning vistas of the Golden Gate Bridge. See major sights including Aquatic Park, Fort Mason and the Marina District as you pass joggers, kite flyers and beachgoers enjoying the sea breezes and gorgeous views. Admire the grand Palace of Fine Arts, which was built in 1915 for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition and today hosts concerts and events.
Pass Fort Point, right under the Golden Gate Bridge, and then ride your bike across the west side of the bridge itself for amazing photo ops of the cliff-edged coastline. At the north end of the bridge, take in panoramic views of the San Francisco skyline and Alcatraz from Vista Point before the crimson light of sunset descends on San Francisco Bay.
Make your way back into the city to the Presidio for more sightseeing. Pass by two entertainment institutions, the Walt Disney Family Museum and the headquarters of Lucasfilm. See the San Francisco National Cemetery, where thousands who served in the military are buried, and Presidio Pet Cemetery, where animals owned by families stationed at the Presidio were laid to rest.
Ideal for both scenery and history lovers, this bike tour shows you plenty of city highlights in a short span of time. Your 3-hour sunset bike ride ends back at Fisherman's Wharf, but you can continue to use your bike to explore for a few hours before closing time. If you still have the energy, ride along the Embarcadero and Pier 39 or continue to AT&T park and see where the SF Giants play baseball!

  • This was great to get up close to the bridge. Only thing was, I thought we would of had a bit more time once on the other side of the bridge to get some great photos. But all in all was lots of fun.

  • Really enjoyed this way of crossing the Golden Gate. Pace was relaxed.

  • This tour was amazing!

  • Our own private tour with Pinky, who was very friendly and a great guide!
This is definitely the way to see the Golden Gate Bridge.

  • So much fun! Only one less star because the personnel at the bike rental facility could have been a little more customer service oriented - the one lady at the booking counter was obviously upset with what appeared to be the manager and spent too much time swearing about her issue while we were standing there.

  • I think the guide was Jesse who didn't want to be there, we had a lady who was a little slower than the rest and not once did he turn around and see if she was all right or even still riding. This was the worst tour experience we had and we were travelling for 4 weeks. Jesse didn't tell anyone to be careful on the tram lines so consequently someone fell. Really, anything could happen on these rides, a guide is supposed to look after those he has on his tour, DIDNT HAPPEN

  • Absolutely brilliant, what a way to spend 3 hours, well worth it.

I had the beautiful Pinky as my tour guide who was excellent!

  • The tour is great for adults. My 11 and 13 year old kids didn't get the right sized bikes (only two kids bikes were available, both too small for my youngest. My oldest was WAY too big for the kid bikes, and too small for their smallest adult bikes.) But..we managed.
The tour was a lot of fun, the tour guide was informative, although rather heavily accented. He did however have a tendency to face away from his audience which made it difficult to catch everything he was saying.

  • We had a great tour guide and it was the highlight of my trip to San Francisco
