If you are visiting San Fran and looking to go to Napa but either don’t have much time or the wine world is overwhelming to you do this!!! Our tour guide Dustin was wonderful - so informative about history and wine it was like listening to a podcast on the drive up. Muir Woods is stunning, wine is delicious, we had a wonderful lunch of Portuguese Tapas in Sonoma Square ( not part of the gourmet lunch, so if you don’t choose to do that just know there are a lot of wonderful options) and the wine tastings were so fun. All around a blast and it was fun to talk to people from different states!! Do this!!

I really enjoyed this tour. It’s a perfect tour for someone hoping to get a lot of things done in one day. Everything was on schedule. Our tour guide (Roman), although very entertaining and punctual, made many feel very uncomfortable when it came to his tips towards the end of the day. He even went as far as raising his voice if he received a tip that he did not deem adequate. I think this is very disrespectful. While tips are generally customary, no one should feel obliged or be belittled for leaving less than one expects. I would have given this tour a 5 star if it wasn’t for this experience at the end of the day.

This was a great activity and I'm glad that I chose to do it. While I would maybe leave out Muir Woods if I were to do this again, it was overall a very enjoyable day. They did not, however, pick us up /drop us off at our hotels, as is mentioned in the description (for most downtown hotels) and so I was required to walk to and from the meeting/drop off points. Also, while I did thoroughly enjoy this trip and I think Roman, our guide, was one of the best/funniest I've ever had, his repetitive reminders about expected gratuities towards the end, and utter rudeness towards an asian couple that tipped him lesser than he expected, soured my experience of this day towards the end. Irrespective of the amount of work or work quality of the guide, an individual should be able to tip a lower amount if they didn't enjoy the trip or service without getting grief for it. Else the 30+USD expected in tips should be pre-added to the activity's base cost price so that we know that it is most definitely not an optional amount. Why is that so difficult for companies like this one to understand? Tips may be customary but service providers need to understand that if someone has not had a great experience then the tip amounts Will be subjective. Especially when working in an industry that deals with a majority crowd of tourists who come from countries where tipping/gratuity is a BONUS for good work. Not a GIVEN. That's why it's called GRATUITY, not TAX. And it doesn't matter whether or not this makes a part of your income as a guide. Most hospitality and tourism industry people who make bare minimum living wage income in poor countries in Asia are also usually extremely polite, IRRESPECTIVE of whether or not they receive tips. Even if they're just scraping by and can't afford to eat lamb chops and creme brulees at fancy boutique restaurants, like this guide did while with us, they still know that it is inappropriate to beg for a tip. Let alone telling your customer off in front of a whole group for tipping low. This may be the American way but it was a truly pathetic and embarassing display.

Ben was a great driver and tour guide. Lots of great information about the areas we visited. Loved the Muir Woods and the wineries. We did the lunch add on which was very good. Restaurant was very efficient leaving us time to walk around the little Sonoma town. It was a great day!

Redwoods was good sport to start It would have been better wineries apart from what was taken We had confusion on the pick point as it was mentioned hotel pick up and then we were supposed to flip to pick point created some confusion The driver was forcing for provide extra tip apart what was being given

Great day adventure. Got to see Muir Woods, Golden Gate Bridge and multiple wineries. We had a good guide (Dustin) and generally a good group. But anytime you smash a lot of strangers together you’re going to get a mix of personalities- there is always a few in each group that are loud, attention seeking or overindulgent. We had a few of these, who got progressively louder and drunker. Overall, I would recommend it for a first exposure to Napa/Sonoma and hit Muir Woods & Golden Gate Bridge on a limited timeframe. Note: very few wineries allow bus groups, so you are limited to less personal and lower quality vineyards and lower quality experiences.

Roman was an awesome guide! Enough history without being boring and filled with humor at the same time. We loved the wineries, especially Jacuzzi. We had a very enjoyable intro to San Francisco.

Roman was hilarious and informative easily the best tour guide I’ve ever had, the wineries were beautiful and tasty. Great way to spend a day in the Bay Area/wine country. Request Roman if you need great laughs the entire time.
