  The drive was smooth, he stopped so I can get some water as well, and was very helpful with giving suggestions on what to do, or where to go. Very kind, and personable. Also helped with bringing my bag up to the hostel! Very sweet.

  Great experience. The driver was at the airport ready to pick us up as soon as we came outside. We stopped at a place to eat and took some pictures of the scenery. I recommend their services!

  Flight arrived early they were waiting. Stopped to get snacks took us to supermarket. Very nice man(forgot his name) Very pleasant trip for 5am

  Our guide Gerardo was amazing. He was prompt, knowledgeable, kind, professional and had a great sense of humor which was an added bonus. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a lovely time and he is bilingual which made us feel very comfortable. Hands down I would recommend this company!!!

  My friend recommended this company based on her experience. Her driver went out his way to help her to get the SIM card she wanted and even paid for it using colon as needed first. I am very happy with their service and booked the round trip private transportation. Eric is very responsive on WhatsApp and made the booking very easy. He let me stop by COVID testing for free and agree to wait for me to take a side trip at Carara National park for a reasonable charge. Ronny is a great driver and he is very reliable. He speaks good English. It was great chatting with him during the ride. He is very thoughtful that made me feel comfortable and safe.

  After an 8-hr travel day and several confirmations we arrived at the airport and our driver wasn’t there. We had to call Erick several times before our driver finally showed up more than half an hour later. He was very very slow, texted while he was driving until we asked him not to and the van itself was old and filthy. DO NOT RECOMMEND. PS. We had this company booked for our way home. They didn’t re-confirm and neither did we. If you need transport try GoJaco shuttle. They arrived early in a massive clean van and were amazing g.

  Wow!! Erick Hidalgo is absolutely amazing!! He called beforehand to make sure everything was correct. Then even answered a panic call from me when my other shuttle was late and accommodated me and even understood when I then had to cancel. Seriously I was high maintenance and he was calm and helpful. Will only use Costa Rica Trip Guide!

  Erik went above and beyond to make our 3 hours transfer a wonderful experience , he took us to eat on the way to our hotel to a tipica comida stop it was super exquisita!!!, He was on time also at the airport. On the way back from hotel to the airport we had a different driver, he was hilarious and had funny stories to tell , he also took us to Rio Tarcoles to see the crocodiles, so fun! I highly recommend this transfer services , they are top quality!
