Know More about this tour

Your luxurious catamaran tour of Santorini begins on land. Youll be driven down to the port of Vlychada on the islands southern coast. Embark at 10:30am if youve registered for the Daytime tour, or at 3:30 p.m. for the Sunset tour. Either way, five hours charting the turquoise Aegean Sea await you.

Setting sail from the southern port of Vlihada and following the coastline, you reach the Red beach in Akrotiri, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island with a distinct red coloration caused by the rich in minerals and iron soil. Then, you will head to the white rocky beach, where you have access only by boat. Leaving the White beach and heading to the Venetian lighthouse, you sail below the Indian Rocks through caves and rock formations, characteristic to the Aegean landscape. After sailing below the lighthouse the yacht will turn and enter the caldera of Santorini. There you will see everything opening in front of your eyes. The picturesque white houses hanging from the cliffs like grapes, the cliff formations and the volcanic islands of Palea and Nea Kammeni. There you will have the chance to sail bellow the traditional villages of Fira and Imerovigli and the overwhelming rock formations consisted of basalt and pumice. From there you will head to the crater of the volcano, you will sail around it to have a full view of it and stop at the thermal springs for swimming at the sulfurous waters, that offer a natural spa.

Palea Kammeni, an inhabitant volcanic island next to the volcano, offers unique private bays and beaches, ideal for swimming and snorkeling, perfect to enjoy your own privacy away from crowded locations. As you enjoy yourself the attentive crew will prepare freshly on board a delicious meal consisted of meat variety on barbecue, Greek salads and appetizers, accompanied with local wine and cooling beverages.

The tour concludes after you disembark at Vlychada Marina.

Wonderful day on the water. Delicious grilled dinner. Endless wine and soft drinks. The crew was friendly and ensured everyone had a good time. They do have blankets, but I would recommend a jacket for sunset cruise as it gets chilly as sun goes down.

Everything was brilliant from pick up to cruise experience and the food are amazing! Very satisfying! Driver Kostas is a star! Very talkative and funny!

We have recently been traveling with our two daughters (22 and 24) visiting amazing places (Paris, Rome, Greece, etc.) It is wonderful to share these places with them now that they are adults. We love boating and cooking, so we always take some time to experience these activities when we travel.

Although it was late in the season for boating, this was a really fun trip. We sat on the front nets of the catamaran, while one of the guides brought us wine and soft drinks, explained the various rock formations, took pictures of us, etc. When it got rougher, we were instructed to sit higher up on the bow, and we were given blankets. They took amazing care of us!

We swam in the hot springs, which one of our guides informed us were really "warm-ish." We also had a really great dinner of chicken, stuffed grape leaves, tzatziki and Greek salad.

Since this was the end of the season, it was not the time of year to sunbath or swim, but we shared this cruise with only 4 other passengers, which made it very memorable.

It was a wonderful, relaxing afternoon with my family.

    Another great experience from Viator!

We are a married couple of 3 years from New Zealand. We picked this cruise in particular because it had the best ratings on Viator and it met our agenda and budget. The cruise delivered exactly as depicted in the description. We had a great morning out on the water with a group of 8 (including us) and a crew of 3. The food was good, the weather played in our favour and the total duration on water was about 4 hours. Including pick up and drop off, the total time was 5 hours. We highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a good half day out on the water in Santorini.

The driver picked us up in Imerovigli where we were staying. The ride to the port was quick. The catamaran had about 18 people and the weather was great! the crew (3 people) was very great and accomodating while explaining all the landmarks and answering all questing pleasantly and knowledgeably. Maria was very great at making sure all guests had enough to drink and eat. The catamaran was very very clean! We got to swim in the "Hot springs" - well not really hot, but in sulfur water from the active volcano - for about 20 minutes followed by a warm rinse off. Make our way to the next site where we snorkeled for another 20 minutes and had a nice greek lunch with chicken, salad, pasta, dolmades, and lots of wine! We sailed past red beach, which i thought we would've stopped at and wished we had. The tour sailed out about 30 minutes early and ended about 1.5 hour early..... The company Spiradakos was our catamaran sailing tour and would recommend.

This cruise was so much fun! And ended with an amazing sunset. The Captain and crew were so much fun and hospitable. We had about 20 people on the boat, so very easy to move around and find a spot to sit. They took us to 3 different swimming spots and then buffet dinner which was delicious. It was very easy to get on and off the boat into the water and they provided towels which was great!
This is a definite must for your trip -- so glad we did this.

Awesome trip. The crew were lovely and gave us interesting information about what we were seeing. I appreciated the kindness of the crew in helping me board and disembark via a gang plank which was scary for me . Two swimming spots, non stop drinks and a nice buffet lunch. Not too crowded, only 15 passengers and 3 crew. Amazing views topped it off. Definitely a do not miss when in Santorini

I was really looking forward to this catamaran tour, and am glad to say that it did not disappoint. The views were beautiful and the boat was a fun way to view the island. The highlight for me was definitely the hot springs.
