  • Know More about this tour

After pickup at your Sedona hotel, board a state-of-the-art helicopter at the Sedona airport and head south past Cathedral rock, one of the most famous rock formations in Sedona. You'll see Bell rock, which has an elevation of 4,816 feet (1,468 meters), located just west of Courthouse Butte.

Next, your aerial tour takes you to the Three Nuns rock formation, which stands guard by the Chapel of the holy cross. This remarkable church rises 250 feet (76 meters) out of a massive red rock but blends in with its surroundings, appearing as a natural formation.

Then, soar past Snoopy Rock, which resembles the lovable Peanuts character, before continuing to Schnebly Hill Road toward Wilson Mountain, where Steamboat Rock sits. As you fly to Sterling Pass, be sure to watch for native wildlife such as elk, deer and wild javelinas among the rugged Red Rock Country landscape.

Before heading back, see if you can spot the Secret Canyon, located within the Red rock-secret mountain wilderness. Then see Bear Mountain, Red Canyon and Boynton Canyon, and admire the ancient cliff dwellings of the Sinaguan people, who lived in the area from 500 AD to 1425 AD.

After your thrilling ride, youll be taken back to your hotel.

Amaizing view of rock formations. And a magnificent pilot that guided us around. I can recomend this tour to everyone. We stayed in Flagstaff and was going to Sedona by taxi, cost abt 60 usd one way, 45 min fantastic ride on narrow roads

The helicopter just passed the attraction and then hovered so it was impossible for me to take photos.

This was at the very top of my bucket list, my husband, not so much but he loved it. It was a great 75th birthday present and we were totally thrilled. The ride was exactly what I was told it would be. The presentation on the computer was well done. Fantastic job!

Amazing!!! Our pilot made this our best adventure in Sedona.

    • 25-Nov-2014

It was terrible. I was stuck in the center seat and could not get a decent view. I couldn't even try to get any decent pictures. I could not wait to land because i was so aggravated. And this weight distribution is bunk as far as I am concerned The other couple got the best seats--the front and the left back window I wonder if they payed extra ? As it is, the cost was extremely expensive for my misery. My husband was unhappy because I was. TOTAL waste of money !!!!! Judy Weber

The pilot and tour were great, however, we were not made aware of the fact that the helocopter had no doors on it until we arrived for the flight. It would have been helpful to know that when we booked. My wife was very uncomfortable the entire flight and would not have gone had we known.

The helicopter flight was great. The pilot was very Down to earth and competent. I am afraid of heights but the flight was smooth and comfortable and that fear did not surface because of the magnificent views. Thank you for a very special experience

We had a wonderful experience. John welcomed us at the airport (he has terrific customer service skills) and Bill the pilot provided a trip to remember. If you are in Sedona see it through the air. It is worth the money.
