Good tour with small group of seven. Kept to a tight time schedule. Cheongwadae Tour center and presentation of recent Korean history (upstairs room) was highlight for us. Pickup at hotel was helpful.

It was extremely rushed for it to only be three sights. The guide had 40 people and didnt even allow us time to take pictures of what we were seeing. It was extremely frustrating. She would rush so fast people would get left behind and then she would have to go back and find them. We didnt even get to see the gin sing presentation so part of our tour was skipped due to her rushing. Poorly done. If you want a decent tour of the palace this isnt the tour for you.

    wrong choice
    everything was bad

Two of the group got lost so we had to wait more then 20 minutes

We had a charming guide for this tour, and she was full of enthusiasm and information. We got to see the changing of the guard ceremony at the palace, visit the temple, and learn about Korean ginseng from local experts I had no idea Korean ginseng differs from that produced elsewhere, and that's its distribution is controlled by the government!. I would recommend this tour from this company to give visitors a good opportunity to learn about Korean history and culture.

I booked this tour last September for my sister and me. We didn't get to tour the Gyeongbokgung Palace we end up driving past it. Our tour guide said that its close on Tuesdays. The tour is very good and our tour guide is very good and she's very helpful.
