This was one of my favorite tours of my trip. It is great that it is a small group tour; you get to ask all your questions and get individualized attention. You are able to pick from a list of sites that the tour guide (in our case Ben) will email you.

Ben was great in taking our boisterous group around and matching our energy so that we all had a great night. He gives you a great history of the city as you go to the different spots.

We tried so many different foods I can't even begin to count. Most things I loved (even the bug larvae that I saw and asked to try) but some not as much (the glutinous rice in red sauce). I did try everything and recommend that tour if you are looking to figure out the types of Korean foods you really like and know what exactly you are eating (it can be hard to tell and it didn't seem as if many sellers spoke English).

Ben was truly lots of fun and took such fun videos and pictures that he sent us. It is a wonderful memento of this really great event in our trip.

Ben also was very helpful to us after the tour. When we went to a traditional restaurant where nothing on the menu was in English and the owner had no patience for us (haha) we panicked and quickly texted a photo of the menu to Ben via whataspp and he texted back immediately what we should order and wrote it in Korean so we could show the owner. The food was SOOOO good (a spicy chicken soup). Another great meal.

The only advice is to wear comfortable walking shoes and make sure you don't stuff yourself too much as you go around the markets as the tour (at least with us) we ended with a dinner at a local restaurant.
