  • Bad tour. Late, disorganized and guide was very difficult to understand. Not much information given and very repetitious.

  • The English speaking tour was cancelled, and we were offered one later in the day, but we decided to join the French-speaking one instead. We didn't understand very well, and the cathedral was crowded, but our guide did her best.

  • A fabulous place to visit

  • 1st time we hired a guide ... immediately decided it is the way to go. Very informative / personalized tour. Highly recommend to other casual tourists.

  • We had a very disappointing experience with the cathedral tour. It was especially unfortunate, because we did a morning tour of the Alcazar that was phenomenal. First off, nowhere in any of our paperwork was it disclosed that we had to pay any additional fees for entry. Not only did we have to pay an additional 40 euros, but the tour was over an hour late partly because EVERYONE was complaining about the extra non disclosed fees and extremely disorganized. In addition, our tour guide spoke very poor English. She kept referring to her cell phone before each exhibit, spoke in a monotone, and was unable to really answer any additional questions. We could have done better on our own with a lot less cost and frustration.

  • A must do in Seville. Tour guide added so much to experience.a LOT easier than flipping thru a book. You can't ask an audio guide for more info. Guide doesn't take you to top if tower but that's isn't necessary. Well worth cost

  • exelent quide tour,

  • The cathedral was beautiful and we booked a tour in English. Thee guide's accent was so strong none of us we were a group of10 friends/ family could understand much of what she said. I didn't get her name. There was a lot of confusion about purchasing tickets. No one explained that students had free admission and the kids that didn't have school ID's had to pay. Would have brought the id's had I known. All in all could have done just as well, or maybe better w/ a guide book.

  • Definitely worth taking a tour of the cathedral - skip the queues and learn about things you might otherwise miss! I found the ear-piece commentary a bit too loud and a little uncomfortable. The climb up the Giralda tour is one of those things you have to do - but wouldnt recommend if youre unfit!

  • I would rate this no stars if i could. Our tour was supposed to start at 2:30 pm, but didn't start until 3:06 pm. A representative from the tour group was at the meeting place to check our vouchers at 2:30 but didn't say a word about why we were waiting. Apparently we were waiting for the tour guide.
The tour was cut short at 4:00. Cathedral employees said we had to leave at 4:00 and escorted everyone out. Our tour guide said the Cathedral was supposed to be open until 5:00 and didn't understand why we had to leave early. The tour was supposed to include going to the top of the Giralda Tower, which was the main reason we took the tour, but because the Cathedral closed early we were unable to do that. Lastly, the tour guide was impossible to understand. I actually felt sorry for her. She does not have the english speaking skills to conduct tours. This was the worse tour experience we had while in Spain. Waste of time and money.
