  • Tour was a complete disaster, worse than a waste of money. Promoted as a way to avoid long entry lines, the tour took more than an hour to get under way for reasons that appear to have been simple incompetence e.g., difficulty making change for entry fees, then incredibly 45 minutes more delay going from the Alcazar to the cathedral. Guides responded to people's frustration by either turning away or being rude or both. We took other tours with Viator that were fine. This one was anything but.

  • ok

  • Alcazar was great. Unfortunately we couldn't really understand/hear our guide so we ended up googling everything afterwards.

  • So disorganized and terrible guide. She spoke so quietly, didn't have much knowledge and was often outright wrong. Very disappointing. Definitely see Alcazar though - but go on your own or find a better tour!

  • Very interesting and informative tour with the guide, and a very pleasant stay in the Alcazar. Plenty of time in the gardens before going to the nest tour of the cathedral. No photo taken inside, as the lighting is not appropriate for it and the crowds visitng this monument.

  • Helpful, accomodating, had to postpone tour on short notice and was kindly accepted. Tour was very instructive and interesting. Miriam was great, thank you.

  • Our tour to the Alcazar was on New Year's Eve at 2:50pm. The tour description mentioned that we would have to pay entrance fees for the monument 9.50 euros/adult and 2 euros for students and 1 euro per person for headsets. We had 3 students in our group and 2 adults. We expected to pay 30 euros for the headsets and entrance fees. They charged us 57 euros with the explanation that the monument was closed and they had special permission for the tour - if you check the hours - Alcazar is open on New Year's Eve and we were well within the opening hours. The whole tour seemed like a scam. We tried purchasing tickets directly from the Alcazar website several days before our visit - all tickets were sold out. It seems like the local tour companies purchase all the tickets during the travel season to force people to buy tours.

  • Guides were friendly and instructive adding in some humor. It took at least 30 minutes to get organized and to begin the tour. Guides had challenges giving people proper change for entrance fees. Lots of waiting for the tour to start.

  • The tour was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to respond to all questions. Unbelievable tour!! LOVE IT!!

  • Pleasant and interesting tour which helped us avoid the queues - can't remember that much more as this reminder to review has come six months after our visit!
