  • This tour was amazing!

  • good tour and informative guide. The Viator website diidn't make it clear that we also had to pay for entry to the Alcazar

  • we enjoyed the tour and our guide was very informative. The Viator website didn't make it clear enough that we were paying for a tour and had to buy tickets for the Alcazar

  • Seniors get in for EUR2 but identification is required and this was not on the information. Tour company would not believe an 84 year old woman was over 65! Information on booking needs to state this next to the other important information.
Also radio system for the tour guide did not work and they had no back-up so tour was done without being able to clearly hear the guide.. Token 1EUR refund was offered, should have been a full refund and this spoiled the our. The guide did her best, but the radios system not working together with her lack of detailed knowledge when asked the simplest questions meant. Go to the Alcazar, but not with this tout company

  • The tour guide was amazing. He was very informative and to the point. I would recommend the tour.

  • very well organized with a lightweight and comfortable wireless one-piece ear-in headset. The guide was very knowledgeable. The only drawback was the meeting point. Instructions called for the group to meet at Puerta de Jerez when in fact the the meeting point was Plaza del Triunfo, which is a short walk from Puerta de Jerez. Good thing we called the tour company to receive updated instructions when we noticed the guide was no where to be seen around Puerto de Jerez.

  • Very informative.

  • The tour of the Alcazar itself was great, great guide and an amazing place. The frustration is with the process when you arrive at the designated starting point and the guide then has to collect the entrance fee for all the participants, work out who's going to the cathedral and the Alcazar and those just going to one place, they buy the tickets. We visited in early October which is definitely not the peak season, we joined the group line, which was shorter than the individual line, but we had already been waiting for about 45 minutes to sort out the money and buying of the tickets. To say skip the line is a stretch too far. This was however a great tour once inside and if you could just add the ticket price to the cost of this tour and have the tickets and meet the guide and go in it would be amazing...just a small change please for future travellers!

  • We had a great day. The tour guide was really pleasant. The Alcazar is must see. It's beautiful.

  • Such a beautiful place! Our guide did a wonderful job of sharing both the history and architecture of Alcazar. Be sure to spend time on your own exploring the gardens!
