Dopo essermi reso conto di aver acquistato il tour guidato su un sito che sembrava ufficiale ma non lo era, ho chiesto il rimborso come da loro Termini e condizioni. Mi hanno risposto che avrebbero trattenuto solo il costo dei biglietti e che me li avrebbero spediti. I biglietti sono arrivati e anche il rimborso ma hanno trattenuto esattamente il doppio del costo indicato su ciascun ticket. Fate attenzione!

El guía no tenía mucho conocimiento de los monumentos y repetía muchas veces lo mismo, no nos gusto esta experiencia. Si viene a Sevilla contraten otras agencias diferentes a pancho tours

Muy recomendable. La visita del Alcazar valió toda la pena, nuestro guía Dany fue excelente, muy conocedor, agradable, paciente. En general el servicio de la empresa muy bueno, yo me había equivocado al contratar, por error, lo contraté a través de Tripadvisor en francés en lugar de español y me apoyaron para reagendar todo y no perdiera mi compra. Tomamos el de la catedral en inglés y el alcázar en español. Me quedé con ganas de darle más espacio al de la catedral porque es un lugar maravilloso y vale toda la pena el entrar con guía que te explique los detalles.

I took the both Alcazar and Cathedral tours early January, it is actually 2 separate tours and you take back to back, each tour only last about 45 mins. Our the tour guide was a young lady who provided very little content for Alcazar and Cathedral. Her voice was so quite and we couldn't even hear anything. One guy in our group complained to her and she moved the mic closer to her mouse but we were still not able to hear clearly. During the entire tour, she kept checking her watch and right at 45 mins mark, she finished. Many other tours around us provided much better info and longer tour.

An okay way to have a quick look at both sights. The tickets for Alcazar were sold out so this was one of the only ways I could see it. Guide was fine, liked to tell stories and legends vs. more facts. As others have said, it is rushed thru but you do get to see it! Only 15 minutes for the amazing gardens then you need to rush back for Cathedral portion and check in again! The cathedral you could stay after as long as you want. Mics worked fine and I could always hear.

Das Angebot ist keine Kombitour, es sind zwei separate Touren, in unserem Fall sogar mit zwei verschiedenen Anbietern. Die nicht aufeinander abgestimmt waren => die Führung durch den Alcazar war ein einziges Gehetze und es gab keine Zeit, sich diesen wunderschönen Palast hinterher in Ruhe anzuschauen oder in den Gärten zu schlendern. Die Tour durch die Kathedrale dauert nur eine Stunde und umfasst vielleicht die Hälfte dessen, was man sehen könnte. Schade.

Recomendo sem sombra de dúvida comprar os bilhetes e respetiva visita guiada para o Real Alcázar e a Catedral com esta empresa, podemos escolher o dia e a hora da visita e evitamos as longas filas de entrada em ambos os espaços. Queria deixar um sincero e grande obrigado ao Manuel, o guia, que tornou a descoberta destes dois monumentos ainda mais surpreendentes. Muito simpático e conhecedor. Uma grande mais valia foi o falar pausadamente, que permitiu acompanhar a explicação na sua totalidade. O bilhete que incluía a visita guiada à Catedral, possibilitava ainda a subida à Giralda. Recordo que se comprarem um bilhete combinado como no meu caso, têm de fazer "check-in" em ambos os horários marcados no ponto de encontro.

If you take this your, please note this is actually two separate tours you take back to back. With this comes all of the joining of people , reissue of headsets, ambling from the tour office to the destination and questions repeated that you have already had 1st your. We took this thinking it would be efficient, it’s not and as tours go it was very poor. We started with the tour guide having an argument with the office, we didn’t enter the palace for another 20 mins, the guide’s English was difficult to understand, and when we went to the cathedral on the second tour, we didn’t actually get into the Cathedral for the first 20 mins again!! 40 mins of a 3 hour tour was onboarding and ambling to the location. A real shame as this was booked through Pancho tours and I expected more. Would not go with this tour company again
