Know More about this tour

Meet your guide in the city center of Seville. Get acquainted with your group, then set off to explore three of Sevilles most impressive sites: Alcazar, Cathedral and Giralda, while learning about their history from your bilingual guide.

First, head to the Alcazar, the oldest active palace in Seville. This is the place of residence for the Spanish Royal Family when they visit. An impressive combination of architectural styles coupled with courtyards and gardens.

Next, see the Seville Cathedral, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world. The transition from mosque to church and continuous remodelling of the cathedral, make it truly unique for its kind. It is built on the site of a 12th century Almohad mosque, decorative parts of which still remain inside.

One special part of the mosque that remains is the tower standing next to it, known as the Giralda. Make your way to the top of the Bell Tower(only on the early or afternoon tours), an important point view of the city.

Afterwards, say farewell to your guide and group to continue on your own.

  • This was advertised as a skip the one tour, but we still had to wait for two hours. Other groups were going through a different line, and I suspect that is because their tour guide had already purchased tickets to enter. On the other hand, our tour price did not include the entry fee which the guide collected when we met and then we all stood in line for her to buy tickets in the group ticket line. I highly suggest skipping the tour and buying tickets online in advance directly on the Alcazar website. This will save both money and time.

  • DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Mismanaged schedule and super bad customer service! 3 hassles that they caused:

    1. They made us wait for more than an hour before the tour finally started. We expected that the tour will be to the Cathedral first then Alcazar. However due to the mismanaged schedule, Alcazar was done first, which is fine so we expect the Cathedral will be next but when we asked who will guide us at the Cathedral, they have the nerve to say there's no more tours for the day and we need to come back the following day!!
    2. Refer on number 1 regarding the tour to the Cathedral.
    3. While waiting for the Cathedral tour to start after arguing that we need to do the 2 tours on the same day and suddenly there is another tour they are conducting, we were told that this group is also waiting for more than an hour for their tour to start and its only when another person angrily complained to the guide that we just started the tour to the Cathedral. Meaning, they are still waiting for more people to show up??! What was that?

In my opinion, they have inconvenienced probably a 100 people on that day just because of the messed up schedule. It doesn't help that the guides are not apologetic at all. We booked tours to avoid inconveniences but this one doesn't seem to care about time and customer service at all.

  • Unbelievable beautiful Alcazar. A must see. Even we went to Alhambra and Cordoba Cathedral still we think this Alcazar is one of a kind. This was a good tour.

  • We loved this tour. We had two different guides, one for the Cathedral and the other for the Alcazar. Both guides were very good and really knew the history. We went to a lot of cities in Spain and Seville was one of my favorites. The lines are so long to get into both the Cathedral and the Alcazar, so the tour allows you to skip the line as well. Don't miss this if you are in Seville.

  • Pancho Tours is the worst tour company in Spain. Even their guides say so. They were terrible in Madrid, and now we found them terrible in Seville. Their process of collecting cash money for access to the Cathedral wasted about 30 minutes. Then, the tour guide was not timely provided with audio headsets, so we wasted another 20 minutes waiting for someone from Pancho to bring them. And so with nearly an hour of our time wasted, we did not have sufficient time to climb Girard's Tower a key part of the tour before we needed to be back at the square where the Alcazar tour was meeting. However, as it turns out, this tour guide was late. Plus, we again encountered the inefficient process of collecting money for the entrance fee to Alcazar. Thus, had we known all these additional delays, we could have climbed Girard's Tower after all. However, since we had already exited the Cathedral, we had to pay ANOTHER entrance fee 18 Euros to go back into the Cathedral to climb the Tower after the Alcazar tour. We will NEVER book a Pancho tour again. Can Viator help us get Pancho to cover the additional 18 Euros we had to spend?

  • This is the worst tour I’ve ever been on

  • What a chaotic day - but it was Friday 13th!!! The meeting point was by a statue in the square between the two attractions. Once we had all checked in and paid for the entry ticket why can it not be included in the price the group gathered and proceeded to the group entrance to the cathedral. This did avoid the long queue at the main entrance but we still had to queue while our guide arranged entry for us. Our guide took us into the cathedral and proceeded to flit about in what seemed a very unstructured approach. We finished this tour with just 25 minutes to spare to go up the Giralda tower before we met to go round Alcazar. The guide said there was enough time to make it. I set off straight away and it took 15 minutes to get to to the top. I took a few pictures and set off back down but there was a queue that held me up. My wife had in the meantime along with two other people gone to the meeting point for the Alcazar. The guide was not there at the stated time.I arrived a few minutes late and we waited for about 20 minutes before calling Viator number to be told they had gone without us but we could go on a later tour. We met at a further meeting point where chaos reigned with customers being sworn at by staff and therefore demanding refunds. We managed to take the tour but by then there were no sound systems left. Our guide had to shout to us all all the way through and was asked not to a few times by security in the palace. Despite this problem our guide was fantastic. She really set the scene at the beginning and told a good story of the history and development of the Alcazar. Thankfully we ended the tour very happy. Both attractions are definitely worth seeing but it is maybe worth choosing a quieter day then we did.

  • This tour was disappointing. There were too many people in the group and in particular, the checking in and pre tour organisation was rather chaotic. There was great confusion when people were asked for extra money 5o pay and or the headphones and in the end the tours were cut a little short because the checking in process was messy. The guide was ok but it was all rather disappointing

  • The tour was wonderful however it was a one hour tour and not 3 hours as it is stated - it is only 1 hour - so I was surprised when it ended. The good thing is you dont have to wait in line and that is what I wanted mostly out of the tour.

  • The first part to Alcazar was very nice and the male guide we had was very good. However, another lady took over when we went to the Cathedral. Her voice was extremely low and it was very difficult to understand what she was saying. She was also holding an iPad trying every now and then to show some of the guests pictures of what she was describing while we were interested more in exploring the plac and enjoying our tour there.
