  • What a lovely day! Had the perfect amount of time in each location with a very friendly guide- can't get much better than that!

  • A must see part of England, lots of very pretty villages and some interesting history regarding Shakespeare

  • we went to three beautiful places in the Cotswold before going to stratford but it was a bit rushed, our guide was good and very informative

  • The towns and villages we visited were lovely and really enjoyed the Shakespeare experience. Could have benefited from more explanations and historical background about the places we saw. The lunch box wasn't to my liking but I am a very picky eater so can't really give an expert opinion on that.

  • The Cotswolds are beyond lovely, however, The tour company and guide left much to be desired. The guide was a bit of a grumpy old man. The tour provided a boxed lunch it contained a very inadequet sandwich, bag of crisps and water. We didn't know we had an option. On the third stop in the Cotswolds delightful little village there were lovely little tea cottages and restaurants which would have been much more preferable for lunch. At the very least it would have been nice to have the option. Stratford upon Avon is very special but the guide was not very clear as to where we would find the bus, then the guide was late. My suggestion for others if you have the choice take a tour with a smaller group and smaller van.

  • Beautiful area, really bad tour and guide. Golden tours is extremely disorganized, the tour itself was pretty awful, Our guide Geoff seemed angry that he actually had to lead a tour! Beautiful area, too bad we couldn't have had a better experience.

  • I wish these trips were with just a little smaller group. Would maybe spend a little less time in the Cotswolds villages, and more time in Stratford-upon-Avon, but overall, very enjoyable.

  • Great trip. Wish it had lasted longer and had more time in investigate, especially in Stratford-upon-Avon. Tony, the guide is wonderful. Full of knowledge and very helpful. Would take another tour with him. Thanks for a memorable trip.

  • Excellent tour! Arjia our tour guide and Tony our driver made this trip a wonderful experience. The Cotswolds is beautiful and the English countryside is stunning! As a gardening enthusiast, I really enjoyed Anne Hathaway's garden. It was a day well spent!

  • Just loved this tour. Our guide Pete was FANTASTIC!!! so informative, knew his stuff and was so enthusiastic to share his knowledge! The Cotswolds are just MAGNIFICENT and the bus driver really knew his stuff!! drove like a champion on all the smaller streets so that we were able to see even more! I would absolutely travel with this team again! they were great! The only sad thing about the trip was the packed lunch - a sad little lettuce only roll from subway, pack chips and water..... take your own lunch and you will have a PERFECT tour!!!!
