    WOW! A few weeks before my trip to Shanghai, I started my investigation on all the things I wanted to do - and had only one day to do it all. I realized quickly that I was never going to accomplish all of this without help. That's where this service came in. Sophie (my shopper buddy) reached out to me before I left to get an idea of what I was wanting. From there, she built a day where I purchased glasses, "luxury" bags, a silk store as well as pearls. Sophie had prearranged my visit at all of these places and made for an extremely efficient day. She even knew where to take us for lunch! She ordered all the taxi's and we went all over the city. Not to mention, she was such great company! I can't say enough how much I enjoyed my day! Visiting a city like Shanghai is so intimidating...but not with the help of this service. I'd do it again tomorrow!

    I was in Shanghai for business and had heard about a market where you could design your own dress. Because of the language barrier, I didn’t want to go alone. I booked the Personal Shopper service from Viator. Penny arrived at my hotel on time and we discussed what all I had in mind. She took me to all the places I was interested in going, and even helped me design a dress for my wedding by relating to the tailors exactly what I had in mind. I could never have done it without her. Her knowledge of Shanghai was impressive, too, and it was just an all around wonderful experience! Thank you so much, Viator, for sending Penny to my rescue!

    Kelly Ping was so sweet, she brought me chocolate and a magnet! She helped me bargain at the pearl market and buy an antique mahjong set. We had a really nice lunch too-great day with a great lady!
