Estuvimos esperando una hora y cuarto en el aeropuerto esperando el transfer que había reservado. Después de hacer la reclamación, cojimos un taxi y al hotel. La denuncia está puesta y espero que no nos cobren nada.

Excellent service. Very good communication - pick up easy and driver extremely polite and helpful. Informed by text that the driver had arrived for our pick up and they both escorted us to our hotel and carried cases. Free walking tour included which was a lovely bonus .

I have to say that this pick up and transfer to our hotel was absolutely fantastic. The chauffeur was polite and helpful, very professional and the vehicle was extremely clean.We were taken to our destination in a timely and safe manner.

Super easy booking, cheaper than most and reliable. Pick up guys excellent, helpful and transport are excellent and comfortable. However, amendment to return transfer time have been confirmed on email but not adhered to. Still have to get picked up on the pre booked time. When we got in touch with booking, we were told they never got request for booking amendment.

This is worth doing, you can get a tram and a bus to prague for much cheaper but its a lot of messing about especially on your return trip when you are tired from all the walking! They got my dates and times wrong to start so do check the email is correct at the start!

Clean vehicles and friendly drivers. They were on time. Easy to arrange for an email saying what time they would be me up from hotel. Driver was waiting with name on sign. Would use again and great price.

Bonsoir, à notre arrivée à Prague hier soir, une mauvaise surprise nous attendait: nous n avons pas trouvé le chauffeur réservé par vos soins pour nous conduire à l hotel "Old Prague Hotel", Skorepka 5, Prague Après avoir téléphoné à "Quick Transfer" nous avons appris que vous ne leur aviez pas indiqué l adresse de l hotel ,adresse que nous vous avions pourtant bien donnée en Janvier au moment de notre inscription ainsi que le numéro de vol et notre heure d arrivée à l aeroport Résultat, nous avons du prendre un taxi qui nous à coûté 50 euros Nous sommes très mécontents de vos services et nous vous demandons le remboursement de cette somme ainsi que de 14 € pour la moitié du trajet sachant que Quick Transfert s'est engagé à nous prendre en charge le 20 février pour notre retour à l aeroport Nous comptons sur votre sens commercial Sincères salutations Michel Delorme
