We checked into the airport counter for the shuttle service about 6 PM (12/03/2019) . Our ticket directed us to area 3 for our pick up. We, and about 8 other customers , were waiting outside the airport entrance at area 3 for our shuttle. 20 minutes later, a shuttle employee "yelled" to the group to get in line in an area about 20' away. When we told her we had been waiting in the area 3 for 20 minutes, she said to disregard the signage and get in the line or "get a refund" if we weren't satisfied. She also said that she saw us at area 3 20 minutes ago. I asked why she didn't call us out 20 minutes ago, and her reply was "why are you up in my face"? In talking to the other customers, they confirmed that she was not outside directing customers (as I hadn't seen her) until the bus pulled up for loading customers. I realize it was cold that night, but the employee was NOT outside directing customers, but inside keeping warm while we were outside in the cold.

But the return Not the same.
We were outside waiting before our pick up time. When they were late and we were concerned had the front desk calland we were told they were 10 minutes away. 30 minutes later we called again Then told 3 minutes When the driver arrived and we expressed our concern about being late and missing our flight. He yelled at us that ,well we just might and he just got the dispatch
We waited in one line after another; it took nearly 2 hours from airport to hotel; they seemed very disorganized; we were the next to last couple to be delivered to hotel. It cost more than taking a taxi!
Other than a 20 minute wait to depart the airport, the service was good. The vehicle was clean and the driver was informative and helpful.
Booked it on line but when I called to confirm just like it said it took a while to find my reservation.
Ride to the hotel was good.
Had to wait too long for the van
This is great if you need a ride to or from the airport. It just takes a while because they make frequent stops. You also have to still check in at the desk with your form, so prepaying was not an advantage to me. I was standing in line to turn my voucher in at 10:15 am and was not at my hotel till 12:15 p.m. So if you are not in a hurry take it, you may have better luck.
Good, but you may have 6 or 7 stops before your hotel. Luckily, mine was first stop, but with about 12 passengers, you can expect delays.
Helpful staff, but a chore to get where we needed to go.
