While it took a little while to get our taxi boat - entry into Venice was just awesome No doubt worth it
-
No help whatsoever! I never found this boat. The office hands you a paper and tell you to go to the x point which I never found. I asked others for information or where to find the designated place and no one assisted me. I lost reservations elsewhere due to missing this ride. Very inconsiderate of whoever runs this show. Never again

Normally I would recommend Absolutely but this time the Film Festival was on and no water taxis were available so now I am having to chase Viator for a refund

There was no boat we waited for nearly 30 mins to be told there could be a 40 minute wait I would not have booked if I’d known this. You should state this more clearly. In the end we got a bus to the hotel as there was still no sign of the boat the woman in the ticket office was laughing with the boat company about the term shared taxi. So that’s how much they prioritise your expensive booking. Thanks for ruining the opening of our trip to Venice

Scam. Do not buy. The Alilaguna person refused to convert the Viator pass to a real ticket. When I complained he laughed at me and then said the office closed at 16:20 (very odd time to close) and I was there at 16:22. This was on a Monday. He then walked out of the office. I called the tour operator phone number and no one answered.

The vendor at Track 2 of the train station refused to honor the Viator voucher. The lady took one look at the paper and said 'no no no. You must call number on the voucher.' I called the number and it was a recorded message in Italian. I had to purchase additional transportation from a water taxi.

This was a lovely introduction to Venice. The service was quick and efficient retrieving the tickets was fairly straightforward. It felt like a bit if luxury and allowed us to appreciate the beauty of Venice from the best perspective the water!
-
Very easy, convenient and fun 😊 Best way to travel when arriving with luggage. So much more affordable and less stressful when trying to navigate the maze that is Venice with luggage!
-
No one showed up to pick us up. Thank God our travel agent got us alternative transportation. No excuse.

It turned out to be quite a walk from the airport to the terminal, but once there, the transfer went smoothly and they dropped us off near our hotel close to the Rialto bridge. It wasn't really the ideal way to get a glimpse of the city on the way in, as it was an overcast day and we had to sit down and inside the boat. We used the Alilaguna a few times while we were in Venice, and they always offered smooth and reliable service.
