  • The driver was almost an hour late in picking me up because the person before me was late for his/her transfer. Luckily it turned out that the tour company had booked the transfer thinking that I was flying internationally but I was flying domestically first. That meant I didn't need to be at the airport at the time they had thought I needed to be there. I am totally negatively impressed with the shared transfers as my incoming transfer never showed up and my departing transfer came late.

  • This was really awesome! After I cleared customs and entered the main area, the first person I saw was the shuttle driver holding up a sign with my name. I was immediately relieved--this is the kind of thing I always hope for when I book a shuttle, that I'm not going to be maneuvering through a complicated airport trying to figure out where to go. He spoke perfect English and offered to carry my bags out to the vehicle, was not only exceptionally nice and polite throughout the drive but also offered extensive helpful advice about restaurants and things to do and actually I took some of his advice during my trip and it panned out well. Though the shuttle was booked as shared, no one else needed one at the time so it was just me, I was glad they still ran the shuttle for me. It was a perfect shuttle experience.

  • I was never pickup up! I also didn't have a way to call them, so I just called an uber. I noticed when it says the shuttle operates 8am-8pm and my flight was not in that range.

  • Was not sure if I had booked the transportation from the airport to the hotel. Driver contacted me in my room where I was staying and picked me up at the appointed time.
You can say all you want about the new apps for transportation but the company that picked me up was courteous and pleasant. I would recommend the service.

  • Always great to have someone waiting to take your to your flight, alleviates the stress of finding and negotiating a taxi

  • very professional driver and i was picked up for the airport on time...

  • Viator Booked the trip to the Airport but did not show-up telephone or make an attempt to communicate.

  • Very good driver. He arrived on time and the vehicle was clean and safe.
