When leaving Rio de janeiro,the van starts pick ups from 06:40 am or 01:40 pm at Leblon, Ipanema, Copabana and Leme, heading to the Rio International Airport. After pick ups, the vantakes around 02:20h (there is a quick stop for breakfast or bathroom) to get to Conceio de Jacare, where you will leave the van hop onto the Fast Boat. The ride until Vila do Abrao takes around 20 minutes.
When leaving Ilha grande, departure from Vila do Abrao starts at 09 am or 05:30 pm.
For both ways, total estimated time for shuttle is around 03:30 h.
